# Which Auto Dialer tools integrate with CRM systems for smooth lead management?

Hey All, I've been comparing which Auto Dialer tools integrate cleanly with CRM systems for smooth lead management, since a dialer that fights your CRM creates more admin than it saves. Two plug into the CRM, one is the CRM.

Kixie PowerCall & SMS: Built to embed in the CRM, auto-logging calls and texts with click-to-call and local presence, native to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and HighLevel. Reviewers flag customer support responsiveness and call quality on weak connections.

JustCall: An omnichannel business phone with a wide integration library across calls, SMS, and WhatsApp, auto-logging activity back to the CRM. Pricing and billing transparency come up, along with occasional mobile sync delay.

Close: Takes the other route, the CRM with the dialer built in, so calls, SMS, email, and pipeline live together with no sync at all. Advanced dialing sits in higher tiers, and reporting depth is limited.

Do you prefer a dialer that plugs into your CRM, or a CRM with the dialer native to it? And which integration has actually held up without dropping activity?

"No sync at all" for Close sounds like the strongest reliability answer here, since there's nothing between two systems that can break. But that same tight coupling means a Close outage takes out calling and the CRM simultaneously, whereas a plug-in dialer failing, Kixie or JustCall going down, leaves the CRM itself still reachable and usable even if calls have to be logged manually for a bit. Smooth day-to-day sync and resilience during an actual outage are pulling in opposite directions here, and the option that wins hardest on the first axis is structurally the riskiest on the second.
