## About Resolvr
Resolvr is an end-to-end spend management and expense allocation software for hedge funds and private equity firms, automating human-manual tasks such as invoice review and processing. Resolvr removes the need for paper, spreadsheets, and PDFs with a completely digital environment that incorporates all stakeholders. There are accounts reconciliation, oversight, and control mechanisms built in to ensure all stakeholders can share information and more before handing over to finance.

**What do you like best about Resolvr?**

Resolvr has an amazing UI/UX! It's  very easy to find everything you need. Submitting expenses is quick and simple. The problem of "who paid something" is solved for me!

**What do you dislike about Resolvr?**

I don't find any particular downside to using Resolvr.

I didnt have any problem using Resolvr

This software helps me track my business that would other wise be difficult.

There is nothing I didn't care about this soft.

**What do you like best about Resolvr?**

The interdepartmental communication and dynamic expense allocation and apportionment. We are able to review and allocate invoices within a few hours (depending on interdepartmental efficiency) as opposed to a few days. It's let us put 4 of our back office staff onto a different project.

**What do you dislike about Resolvr?**

Their prior company had a number of clients as well that got us comfortable they could handle a 9 figure platform, soon to grow into the billions of dollars. They shared a prior client list here: https://www.lsg.com/customers-overview

**Recommendations to others considering Resolvr:**

It's worth considering it, at least for a year, given it's a flat rate, you know what your downside could be, and the upside is likely to outpace that handily

**What problems is Resolvr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Profit improvement in our operations, mainly the mid- and back-office. aXpire saves us a little on every single invoice and helps us allocate that expense between departments. We use a % based fee, which means we only pay when we become more profitable, which is nice. There is a flat rate option too, but it just depends where you are as a company.
