**What do you like best about Request Metrics?**

It gets right to the point and shows our performance metrics which I can easily use and share with my team. It was faster and cheaper to get started than anything else we found.

**What do you dislike about Request Metrics?**

It can't do uptime checking or and some of the detailed reports are limited. But I guess I can't get both easy and complete together in one tool.

**What problems is Request Metrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to do some performance monitoring for our new client dashboard to make sure it was as fast and flashy as our services. It has helped me find a few issues where the dashboard slowed down from our changes so we could fix it before the clients noticed. It has made the rollout of the new site a lot easier.
