**What do you like best about Repair Pilot?**

This software is amazing because it allows me to manage the workflow of my business from any device, also this system allows you to track each of the orders that your customers make.

It allows you to send emails to each client even using text message in order to make it easier for customers to verify their respective orders and thus avoid the loss of orders.

The ease of use of this system has allowed my team to adapt quickly without the need for prior training. Also, I really like your technical support team because they are very professional, patient when it comes to resolving any mishap that may arise with the system.

**What do you dislike about Repair Pilot?**

At the moment I do not like much the errors that jump from the system. However, I can say that the system has improved a lot.

**Recommendations to others considering Repair Pilot:**

Definitely, having this system is the best tool that every company should seek to have, due to its versatility and wide capacity to adapt to any type of business.

**What problems is Repair Pilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Repair Pilot I have been able to solve the management problems of my business. After having 3 years using this system, I have been able to notice the growth that my company has experienced. Since it has allowed us to manage and control the capital flight that the company had due to management problems.

Thanks to the reports that the system has issued in a timely manner, it has allowed us to make efficient decisions. It is interesting to see how in each update of this system, it offers us new functions that manage to adapt completely to the rhythm of my business.
