Every lease cites the applicable statute by number. Rent collection runs on Stripe Connect with zero platform fees — landlords keep 100% of what tenants pay. E-signatures are handled through SignWell. The free tier is permanent (1 unit, 50 AI messages/month) with no time limit, so landlords can try the full feature set before upgrading. **What do you like best about RentSolve AI?**

It has everything I need to make managing my rentals a smooth experience.   The AI features are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about RentSolve AI?**

No major issues with the app so far. I had a problem accessing the rent payment/collection page but support helped me figure it out.

**What problems is RentSolve AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was using a spreadsheet and text messages for my properties. The app makes it smoother, direct messaging, maintenance requests and being able to ask the AI anything is nice.
