RentSolve AI is an AI-powered property management platform built for independent landlords managing 1–25 rental units. It combines AI lease drafting, 50-state legal compliance, online rent collection, tenant screening, maintenance tracking, and move-in/move-out checklists in one platform — no separate tools required. The AI layer is what sets it apart. Landlords can generate a state-compliant lease in under 60 seconds, get AI-powered maintenance triage, and access a database of 459 statutes covering security deposits, notice requirements, and eviction rules across all 50 states + DC. Every lease cites the applicable statute by number. Rent collection runs on Stripe Connect with zero platform fees — landlords keep 100% of what tenants pay. E-signatures are handled through SignWell. The free tier is permanent (1 unit, 50 AI messages/month) with no time limit, so landlords can try the full feature set before upgrading. Paid plans start at $12/month (Starter, 3 units) up to $49/month (Pro, 25 units), with 2 months free on annual billing.
