**What do you like best about Remote Landlord?**

The general user interface is very very easy to navigate plus there isn’t many software packages out there that I have come across that provide a way for a tenant to check their current balance and make payments like Remote Landlord

**What do you dislike about Remote Landlord?**

nothing really setting this up for landlords is pretty simple.

**What problems is Remote Landlord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think there are elements to the system that are similar to others. However, I feel the main benefit behind Remote Landlord is the high level increase in productivity.

There isn’t many software packages out there that I have come across that provide a way for a tenant to check their current balance and make payments like Remote Landlord. Plus the general user interface is very very easy to navigate

**What do you dislike about Remote Landlord?**

Nothing apart from the amount it costs to setup credit card payments for tenants.

**Recommendations to others considering Remote Landlord:**

Definitely give Remote Landlord a go. No software is perfect, but I feel Remote Landlord has a great support team and appear to be making the right moves towards continuous improvement.
