**What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

What I like best about RemoFirst is how user-friendly and reliable the platform is. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, which makes managing multi-country payroll simple and stress-free. Implementation was smooth, and their customer support team is very responsive, friendly, and proactive. They consistently provide updates and improvements to the system, which shows they truly listen to their clients. The automation features also save us a lot of time and reduce manual errors.

**What do you dislike about RemoFirst?**

Overall, our experience has been very positive. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be adding even more advanced reporting and customization options for payroll summaries. While the current features work well, having deeper analytics or more flexible export formats would make the platform even stronger. That said, the team is always open to feedback and continuously improving the system.

**What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

The web portal is a definite advantage, as it streamlines both the onboarding process and account management—features that my previous provider lacked. Having a dedicated hiring manager and customer success manager is another benefit. I also appreciate the prompt responses to emails.

**What do you dislike about RemoFirst?**

Before joining RemoFirst, I explored the platform from the perspective of a potential employee rather than an employer. I ran into some challenges during the initial contact process, as I was required to complete an online form and set up a meeting intended for prospective employers. It was only after I clarified in the meeting details that I was attending as an EOR employee, not as an employer, and that I was interested in learning more about the RemoFirst platform, that I was redirected appropriately via email.

**What problems is RemoFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am employed by an Irish company while working fully remotely from Poland, and I am able to make pension contributions in Poland.

**What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

Design: The design is very simple. Its all plain white which gives a very clean look. There are few main tabs and its easy to find the informations you need like profile, time-off, expenses, payslips, documents uploaded and contract agreements.

Process: Its easy to file leaves and get approved and you can see the status as well in the portal. You will be notified via email that your leave request has been approved. 

Security:  There is an option to enroll your account to MFA(Multi-factor Authentication) which adds additional level of security aside from your personalized password.

Support: Whenever I have questions, I contact the support team to raise my concerns. They do reply within the day or sometimes, faster. My concerns were addressed properly, and additional informations were given to me to help me understand the resolution they made. With all the concerns I raised, I would say, their CS is doing great a job!

**What do you dislike about RemoFirst?**

I just find it confusing that the leave is accumulating until the end of the year which means, there were decimals in the platform as days go by. It will be easier and if there where few columns showing only the Carryover, Annual entitlement, Used and Left  balance. The Accrued and Ad hoc adjustment seems confusing. I recently asked an adjustment on my leaves because I'm seeing incorrect numbers and the ad-hoc adjustment is still zero is it is not used at all. Overall, the platform is user-friendly. Thank you!

RemoFirst has really helped me have a clear contract between me and my company. From the onboarding phase, when I was a contractor, up to now as an employee, the whole process has been smooth, and their responses have been fast.

There's also feature to ask for reimbursement.

Actually there's none for now, all are great.

In my previous company, the contract wasn’t strong, so the company would often break it since there was no middleman involved. That’s why, in my new experience, RemoFirst has really helped me avoid this problem and feel more protected by a clearer agreement.

**What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

Very easy service, after accepting a job in a startup setting a new base in the UK I was asked to use the service. Introduction emails and initial signup was extremely easy with all required documents uploaded onto thier platform and contract sent all in one place. Carol who was my assigned contact was quick to reply and get eveything sorted and set up. Good to have a easy UK representative when starting in a overseas company.

Not the easiest to find out how to log back on as a user without following the link in the original email. Would be nice to have a heads up from RemoFirst about who the ID verification will be from as I had to check that they were not phising when I got a test message from the company.

I’ve also noticed that certain region-specific onboarding steps could be streamlined further to make the process even faster. These aren’t deal-breakers, but enhancements here would make the overall experience even smoother.

**What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

I’m based in São Paulo, Brazil, and was hired by an Indian company headquartered in New Delhi. Normally, this process could have been extremely long and complicated, but RemoFirst made it surprisingly easy and straightforward.

What I appreciate the most is how everything is centralized on the platform. You simply upload your documents, and from there you can access your payslips, manage reimbursements, and keep track of everything in one place. The process is intuitive, implementation was smooth, and the customer support team has been consistently friendly and responsive whenever I needed help.

I’ve also used the platform for reimbursements without any issues, and I find the number of features very practical. Overall, the experience is reliable, simple, and efficient.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the addition of a WhatsApp chat for quick, simple questions. It’s not a complaint—just something I believe would add an extra layer of convenience.

Overall, RemoFirst has been an excellent partner, and I highly recommend it to anyone navigating global hiring and HR processes.

RemoFirst is solving the complexity of international hiring and payroll. I am based in São Paulo, Brazil, and was hired by a company in New Delhi, India. Normally, this process would be extremely long, bureaucratic, and difficult to manage, but with RemoFirst everything is centralized and simple. I can upload documents, access payslips, submit reimbursements, and get support directly through the platform. This saves me a lot of time, gives me peace of mind, and allows both me and my employer to focus on the actual work instead of worrying about compliance and administration.

I am very pleased that my company decided to use Remofirst to employ me officially. My onboarding process was smooth and I'm on the payroll already for a couple of months. This works just as good as if my company were in my country of residence! Also several times I had additional requests (to provide a certificate, to update my information, to help me with family benefits) and someone from Remofirst team was always very fast to react and helpful. So I'm very happy

I had a small issue with payment of my bonus, which was delayed for a few months. But after we contacted Remofirst support, it was resolved in a matter of days, so I'm grateful for that

**What do you like best about RemoFirst?**

What I liked about RemoFirst is the easy and quick onboarding process, and the quick turnaround times of their Customer Support team. They were always available and could solve issues without delays. Tone is professional and friendly, also in my video interactions with the team. It's also straightforward to implement RemoFirst into your own day-to-day processes, as the User Interface is simple to use and has all the features you would need to manage international payrolls. Especially for first time users (i.e. managing payrolls internationally for the first time), they took a lot of weight off my shoulders thanks to the ease of integration and implementation.

After the first 2 months, nothing bad comes to mind.

The only negative thing that I don't like about RemoFirst is the amount of time it takes for reimbursements to come through. Sometimes I am waiting over a month.

Really responsive and the whole process was explained with great clarity from the beginning. I found this very reassuring as a first-time user of this route to being an employer. All of the RemoFirst team that were assigned to the various parts of the process were extremely professional and responsive and I would recommend them to anyone considering them as a talent resource partner.

On top of all of this, the software portal to manage employees has clearly been well thought out and is immediately intuitive to the user from first log in.

When I was about to sign a temporary employment contract with Remofirst as a temporary employment agency, I learned that in reality, I had to sign it with another legal entity which is a partner of Remofirst (some no-name GmbH in the case of Germany).  
I knew very little about the legal entity, so it was an unsettling experience.

Having to deal with the labour law in a different country would have been a nightmare for us. Working with RemoFirst means that we have somebody else taking care of all the respective headaches.
Of course, we still need to make some decisions. RemoFirst and RemoFirst's local partners (for us the relevant countries are France and Spain)  always  professionaly presented the options and helped us take the decisions.
Generally, the communication was very prompt and on the point. The whole process of hiring somebody through RemoFirst was very fast and easy.

**What do you dislike about RemoFirst?**

We have an employee that moved abroad and RemoFirst was a good solution to keep employing her. Putting an intermediary in between was no issue at all. However, when we hired somebody new, he had to have a certain level of trust in us to work through an EoR. So it is not really a downside of working with RemoFirst, but a general disadvantage of using an EoR.
The same applies to the integration with the local systems of the headquarters. Having to work with more systems when it comes to absences or org chart slows down a bit the processes.

In this era after covid so many companies allows their employers to work from wherever they are, that's fantastic. Remofirst allows your employer to hire you from any place, giving you the opportunity to stay in your country and having the right to work fully covered in terms of taxes. It's easy to use and the team answered all my questions quickly.

I'm still discovering the good and the bad things about this service so I can't say right now nothing bad about Remofirst.
Maybe the user's dashboard is too simple and some important information is hide between the submenus (like a calendar with local holidays).

The background processing took much longer than expected and cause some complications on our us (originally planning to start May 5th and wasn't actually able to start until June 11th).
