The ease with which processes can be automated and optimized through this tool turns out to be its greatest attraction, and it is that no matter how complex the Hypatos task may turn out to be, it allows us to simplify it in a quite practical way, its graphical interface has a fairly simple and intuitive design that allows us to use it in a much simpler and easier way, not to mention the fact that its entire process and learning curve is quite fast and easy to understand, its customer service team is quite fast at the moment to solve any problem that may arise. Despite having user manuals, these are not completely well designed, so this would be the only recommendation that I would give them, that they try to improve and update the manuals in such a way that they are much more understandable and easier to understand and thus serve as support for problem solving.
