It's another level upgrade re the event industry platform- real human interaction while u are on online event. It's nothing close to zoom experience. Remo has a special artist team available, who can custom design environments for your event, networkig experiences. I love that the format of the platform allows for a great ease in allowing attendees to network and make connections. The conference room metaphor is very fun and easy to use once you're inside it. From an attendee's point of view, it was very easy to use and very fun to participate in. Our main goal of the conference, other than offering informative sessions, was to encourage making connections and meeting people and having unstructured discussions. There are two things I really wished that Remo Conference offered. The first is an easy way to communicate with people who have been invited. I wanted to be able to send emails to specific sets of registrants with different sets of information, but once the initial email was sent, I couldn't communicate with them anymore. I had to download the emails and then put them into my own email and send emails that way. The second thing was that I wanted to be able to create signage and informational posts to put into the conference room visually to instruct attendees and remind them of things that would happen or that they needed to do, but there was only an option for one tiny banner that they had to click then click again to be taken to the information I wanted to share. The REMO platform enables global connections if needed, an interactive community and a number of key features to host a positive brand experience for partners and or clients. When our membership is spread geographically this option brings us together all at the same time. Plus our assigned REMO contact was so very helpful and always available when we needed him. Remo is super focused on the networking experience part that so many other providers lack. Sure, since COVID, other (bigger) providers tried to incorporate similar features in their offering. Yet it is the long experience that Remo has in terms of streamlining their offering so that it is easy and intuitive and fully focused on the networking part. I love the freedom it gives for social interaction. Remo has a lot of great features, though just the ability to move around (from table to table) alone is already amazing. I hosted a job fair on Remo that had over 1,000 people attend. The virtual tables for small group video chat worked very well. it was very easy for participants to hop around the able and quickly join different video chat was great. The participants loved it.
