Customer service is very prompt and helpful! We use Reftab to keep tabs on all of our PCs, peripherals, and other related equipment as well as licenses. We update it constantly and the reports generated from it help keep finance and upper management apprised of exactly how much money we're spending on what with no fluff. Only downside in Reftab would be that if a license renewal was coming up, we are only being notified once after setting the days prior to notification.

For example, if we set a license renewal alert once it's 60 days out, we won't be notified again once it's 30/10/5 days out.

Be fore reftab it was a bit of a free for all with our tools and equipment inventory. Now we can have searchable records of who has what. And loanees get reminders if they don't return something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd like to be able to have the option to take a picture of the condition of an item when it's checked in and out to keep a history of any damadge. This would be perfect for tracking our vehicle use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reftab is a wonderful tool that helps you in keeping the track of all the assets of your organization, and on top of that with its simplistic features and super-friendly consumer service team will never disappoint you and will always listen to you patiently. What I dislike the most about Reftab is its UI which crashes at times and doesn't work properly and I strongly believe that Reftab should work in this direction to ensure a hassle-free experience every time a user logs in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
