The system also sends automatic reminders to the referee if they have not completed the reference. **What do you dislike about RefNow?** Sometimes we find that individuals put details of the wrong referee on the system and then they are sent a request straight away. **What problems is RefNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do not have to send reminders to the referees as this is automated through the system. This saves me a lot of time as I used to do manual reference checks and had to block out a lot of time throughtout my day to request them and chase them up. **What do you dislike about RefNow?** It doesnt allow you to submit the reference if you dont know the company the person is from. I then have to write "?" in company, which then shows up on the reference form.
