We have found RefNow to be an extremely useful tool for managing the candidate reference process. The platform is straightforward, intuitive and very easy to use, which makes requesting and managing references much more efficient. One of the biggest benefits for us has been the amount of time it saves. Chasing referees for responses can often be a time-consuming part of the recruitment process, particularly when managing multiple candidates at the same time. RefNow significantly reduces the need for manual follow-ups and makes it much easier to keep track of outstanding references and responses.
