If for any reason you stumble, the support team is super responsive to get you through any hurdles. **What do you dislike about ReConvert?** It would be great to more natively integrate with the Shopify cart - but this is more on Shopify - in allowing the access. It would be great if there was a greater ability to handle multi-currency offers. **What problems is ReConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?** ReConvert helps us increase our average order value and increase our Return on Add Spend overall. Best of all it does so in a highly automated way, that requires little maintenance going forward. ### 3. It also works as a great birthday collection software. Mark Singer was very helpful in setting me up and gave great customer service. **What do you dislike about ReConvert?** Nothing so far. All seems to be working well. **What problems is ReConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping me recommend compatible products that could easily be missed by customers on my website. ### 4. ReConvert helped me to upsell my low-priced, complimentary products to my customers by integrating them into the post-purchase page where the customer can share their reviews as well as buy an additional product. It has increased my AOV by 12% and it has positively impacted my bottom line significantly. **What do you dislike about ReConvert?** Honestly, I don't have a single dislike about this software because it is easy to integrate, provides enough options to upsell & get genuine surveys and ensures an effective product journey from my store to the customer. If I get across any dislikes, i will share them in my next review. **What problems is ReConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?** Selling the main products is easy because they provide enough value to a customer that the customers make a purchase. Promoting these products is also one's (mine too) primary focus. However, there are several complimentary products, low-priced products or impulse purchase-worthy products available in all businesses. Similarly, when I was selling my products on the internet, I also wanted to sell the major & minor products together. This is where ReConvert stepped in and helped my business. I was able to increase my AOV by ~12% by upselling the minor products to my existing customers. I also integrated the minor products while I advertised my major products to help customers understand why they should buy them & with the help of ReConvert, I placed them at the end for customers to make an impulse buy. ### 5. I use the post survey feature to get a better idea about our customers. I also use the option to sell another product for a discount code since if they buy 2+ items I save on shipping and packaging if they were to order a day+ after from an email telling them about a complimentary product. **What do you dislike about ReConvert?** It integrates super well with Shopify. The customer service is great. I guess the only thing that I dislike is that other stores aren't using it enough since I would love it as a customer. **Recommendations to others considering ReConvert:** Try it out! It's free, easy to use, and has customer support. **What problems is ReConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to learn more about my customers and sell more things to them ### 6. Here are some of my favorite ways to use ReConvert: - Target customers who just purchased by sending them a "Thank You Email" with links to other products they might be interested in adding to their order - Target customers who purchased by setting up a "Thank You Page" after they have submitted their order. On this page you can put products that compliment their recent purchase and if they order within a certain time, they get a discount on that product. - You can add reviews to your "Thank You Page" which makes it very easy to convert customers via Social Proof. - You can add videos, photos, and even surveys! **What do you dislike about ReConvert?** I highly recommend ReConvert, but I still have some suggestions for how they can improve their app: - It would be great if ReConvert integrated with more apps. I would love to be able to use both ReConvert in combination with other email marketing apps! - There are some issues that are easy to run into with ReConvert, for example, the Live Chat can be tricky to set up and if you don't set it up right, your customer is going to be shown a template which will turn them away. - The app is great, looks great, and is really helpful in maneuvering the mine field of reconverting. However, I think some more education on the topic would be helpful. We did not see a lot of reconverting in the beginning, but that was because the product we had chosen for the after sale email was not reconvert friendly. You have to choose a product that 1) is complementing of the original purchase and 2) is necessary for the product they purchased (like socks upsold after buying shoes) **What problems is ReConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the biggest problems ReConvert is helping us solve is the age old "how can we get our customers to buy MORE" or "how can we increase each receipt?". By using ReConvert we have gone from an average purchase order of $40 to $125!
