Lots of choices to select in terms of recognizing peers and staff. Very user-friendly and an excellent way to provide real time recognition and feedback and publicly share to the rest of the organization. It helps promote a recognition culture in the workplace!

I love the ability to give a shout out any time, any where to my staff and co-workers to tell them how much I appreciate them! I love that it sends me reminders for birthdays and anniversaries!

I would love to create my own badges, or have more options

It sends me reminders and I find that very helpful.... employee anniversary etc.

Recognize helps boost one's qualities, performance, leadership skills, and actions. I love that it offers different types of badges and that you can adapt them to each situation.

I previously thought more types of badges could be added, but I just checked and noticed they have already been included.

Boosting colleagues' confidence resolves many problems. It's always good to know that our work is appreciated and valued.

Having this platform makes it more likely that I will acknowledge the day-to-day moments when my employees stand out and demonstrate positive qualities.

-We would like the option to be anonymous when recognizing others
-we would like the option for specific non-admin individuals to control the assignment of certain badges.

Using recognize is helping to highlight good behaviors that we want all staff to exhibit. It's allowing us to spotlight the people who are doing good and use them as an example of what we're looking for in staff behavior.

Most helpful is having all employees loaded in from Workday. If you forget someone's name, Recgonize is quick to find it for you.

The Recognize tool is a great tool to spotlight peers and their contributions.  I am a firm believer in highlighting those who have made extra efforts in their role to the common good of the project and customer.  The Recognize tool is easy to use.  I plan to use it frequently in spotlighting others.  I appreciate the options to select a category of badge, plus the ability to highlight several individuals at the same time for a particular achievement.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

This might be a matter how my employer has implemented the tool.  I recommend a point system or some type of reward.  Those who are recognized could receive a gift card or something similar based on accumulation of points.

I like to recognize those who go above and beyond, or that are great examples of core values.

Because it's broadcasted through this platform, it inspires others to share their WOW moments with their team, and encourage them to create the same WOW moments to others.

Recognizeapp allows you to customise the badges so it's tailor fit to the design or goals of your organization. It is easy to use and has easy report-tracking

So far, I see no issue with using Recognize. We have internal policies in place to ensure that this system does not get abused, etc.

I most liked that recognize is super easy to use, and intuitive. When I show new staff the app, I don't have to spend much time showing them how to use it. I didn't see many customization options, but the app did what I was told it would do. I do not use the app every day, but I like that it loads very quickly when I do need it.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

The mobile app needs more work. I tried submitting recognition through the mobile app and I was unable to find the "Send" button after typing up my recognition. I had to retype it on the Desktop version.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At our organization, we have a bimonthly meeting where we take time to talk about staff that performed exceptionally. We are now able to save much more time during our meetings by recognizing eachother outside of our meeting times.
