I love how my accomplishments and hard work don't go unnoticed. I can exchange the points I earn from my hard work, back into what I do as an RBT, giving back to the kids that make me work so hard in the first place.

I really love the Recognize app! It’s fantastic how easy it is to use and how it allows us to give everyone little shoutouts, making them feel special and appreciated. It creates something to look forward to and promotes encouragement, positivity, and fun within our centers. I also really love that we’re able to cash in our rewards for gift cards. Having a physical reward system makes the recognition feel even more rewarding and gives us something tangible to work toward. Overall, I think it’s a great way to foster a positive atmosphere, encourage teamwork, and make employees feel valued and appreciated!
