# Which Multi-Location Marketing Platforms Reduce Google Listing Suspensions for Franchise Brands?

This question sits specifically inside local listing management, which is one of the core categories a product has to qualify under to be included in Multi-Location Marketing Platforms at all.

Yext: built around maintaining one verified record per location that gets pushed out consistently rather than edited separately in different places, which is the kind of inconsistency that tends to trigger listing suspensions in the first place. Reviewers specifically describe it as resolving data conflicts before they reach a customer-facing listing.

Birdeye: pairs listing management with reputation monitoring in one place, which matters since some suspensions get triggered by review-related policy flags rather than listing data alone.

SOCi: The centralized governance model is relevant here specifically because suspensions often follow from an individual location manager making an unauthorized edit to listing data, which centralized control is designed to prevent in the first place.

Worth flagging directly: G2 review data does not track suspension rates as a reported metric, so this is an inference from what each platform is built to prevent rather than a measured outcome.

If anyone here has dealt with an actual suspension across multiple locations, hearing what specifically triggered it, and whether the platform caught it beforehand, would make this thread a lot more useful.

Credit to the post for admitting suspension rates aren't tracked anywhere; the mechanism argument is the honest one available. And the mechanism worth pinning down is edit churn: suspensions tend to follow conflicting signals, so the platform's real job is making sure there's exactly one path that can touch a listing. Which means the audit before buying any of these is who else can currently edit: location managers, an old agency, a forgotten sync from another tool. The platform can't prevent what it doesn't control.
