I really feel like the points should be awarded more frequently by management. I feel like the value of peer to peer points should be worth so much more. I think that we should get points for other job related duties.

It is very easy to create a recognition.  Recognitions allow our teammates and colleagues to feel their presence and contributions are valued. This in turn is beneficial to everyone.  The recipient of the recognition, the company, and ultimately, our customers.

I cannot think of any at this time.  Everything about the product is good or excellent.

Recognize allows employees and managers to express their gratitude for each other. I would like to think that it brings a smile to the person receiving the badge.

I wish you were allowed to give more points. A lot of the badges do not have any points attached to it. Although it is nice to get the badge, it is also nice to get more points and be rewarded with gifts.

Just saying thank you is nice but it is also nice to recognize them in a company wide format.

What I like best about Recognize is how it fosters a culture of appreciation and positivity. It’s a simple yet meaningful way to acknowledge and thank colleagues for their help, support, or contributions, no matter how big or small. It creates a sense of connection and motivates everyone to go the extra mile, knowing their efforts are valued and recognized. It’s great to see gratitude shared across the team!

What I dislike about Recognize is the limited amount of points I can share with my colleagues. Sometimes I feel like I’d like to show appreciation to more people or give a bit more recognition for their efforts, but the restrictions make it harder to do so.

Recognize is solving the problem of underappreciation in the workplace by providing an easy and structured way to acknowledge and thank colleagues for their contributions. It helps create a positive and supportive work environment where people feel valued and motivated. For me, it’s a great tool to express gratitude and build stronger relationships with my team, which ultimately enhances our collaboration

I really enjoy Recognize, frequently, my job likes to remind me how well I'm doing and send me some points to me recognize account for me to then use gift cards around where I live. I've gotten so many awesome discounts, especially at restaurants, I love using my points to go out and eat and see the bill drastically cheaper than it should be!

Nothing to add here, I've only had positive experiences so far.

I like how easy it is to recognize others. It makes the experience overall more enjoyable and effortless. I also like that it updates quickly and sends out the messages just as I’d like them. I also like that you are able to see your own status with ease as well as updating the amount you have to recognize with.

The icons look good even on the phone, there isn’t much to dislike.

It helps to solve the problems of others feeling unheard or unwanted. As well as reassuring others and making them feel confident in their skills, in turn improving them. It gives motivation and helps to avoid burnout.

That we are able to put into detail in writing who is doing what right. If people at our Stations see what other people are doing and are getting rewarded, then they will see these actions and continue to carry the good and correct actions out. It will make people see that there is always a reason for what we are doing and why we are doing it.

It's not easily accessible through my company. It took me a good minute to find out through websites how to recognize.

Making people feel like they are actually being watched all the time, no matter what supervisor is there or not there.

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

The platform is easy to use, intuitive, and a great way to promote a culture of appreciation in an organization of any size, especially for ours as we continue to grow beyond 400+ employees across multiple locations. Having it integrated with single sign-on also makes it a breeze to check regularly; it's a pleasure to see how often staff are utilizing the platform.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

There aren't many improvements I would make, although bulk recognition of staff could be made a little easier.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous system involved providing physical tokens of recognition and/or appreciation (using customized Legos), which was fun, but ultimately not sustainable as our organization scaled in size and we gained more locations. In addition, employees would run out of room to display the awards they had accumulated! Having a virtual platform has eliminated that issue while making it easier than ever for staff to recognize and show appreciation to one another. In addition to being recognized by peers, it's an easy way for managers to recognize their employees for jobs well done.

So many employees don't feel seen for the work they do day and and day out. Recognize solves that issue by allowing them to be called-out for a job well done!

NO downside - it can be challenging to encourage everyone to engage and catch each other's achievements but the platform is simple, rewarding and visible !

Catching good work and contribution that is essential for delivery and progress in fast paced project environments, where otherwise effort and discretionary contribution may be overlooked - it is so easy for team mates and colleagues to call out great work, and then move to the next deliverable !

Recognize is very user-friendly, and it is a great way to ensure you're giving positive feedback to anyone within your organization. Anytime I see someone going above and beyond their basic job duties, I go into Recognize and praise them. It helps to keep morale up, because everyone can see when their efforts have been recognized.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I don't have any dislikes with the Recognize app.

Recognize has solving the problem of not giving positive feedback or recognition where it is due. Because of its ease of use, it only takes a couple of minutes from my day to pop in and send that recognition. It has benefitted my organization because employees gain more confidence and trust when they see that their efforts are seen and appreciated.

I love that it gives us a space online to recognize the hard work my colleagues without having to step away from the computer and more importantly I love that my acknowledgement of their efforts can result in a tangible reward. I have only used it a handful of times but now we have a new team member who is determined to get the most out of it.

I think it's hard to remember to use this resource. It would be great if it could be integrated with Teams so that people can share points after meetings or after having a rewarding/ productive exchange through chat or call.

It benefits me in that it gives me a chance to win rewards to make up for my low salary.

The amount of email notifications you receive when someone is recognized and employees may disable the wrong option in setting by accident.

It is helping us give praise to employees and show them their hard work doesn't go un-noticed.  This benefits our company because when employees feel that the extra hard work they are doing  is making a difference they continue to do it. Without it they often burn out quickly which in our field is especially important to monitor.

Good user-friendly interface, is functional and a great way to win prizes and recognise colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

Issue: Once someone recognizes you, you cannot react to it. Most users, like myself, do not want to insert comments, as this may discourage others. It gives the feeling that either the person you recognized did not see it or just did not care enough to react to it. 

Issue 2t is not a tool of engagement as much as one use: recognise, check recognitions and leave. It has potential to becoming much more: a corporate social network without losing its purpose. 

Suggestion: You may simply add a timeline so everyone can see the recognitions from others company wide and react to it. Before posting, user could set preference to public (go to timeline) or private.

So far, a good way to recognise others.

Only thing I noticed is that there is not a "notifications" area. I get notified via email that someone commented on a post, but I have to go search for it, there's not a quick way to see it.
