I love how easy it is to highlight and celebrate teammates. It creates a positive space where people feel valued, seen, and motivated. Even on hectic days, a quick recognition boosts morale and reminds us we’re all in this together.

The only downside is wishing even more people used it regularly — it’s such a great tool that I’d love to see it become part of everyone’s routine

Takes a little while to navigate to in work environment.

It improves visibility into everyday tasks. Team members can assign badges in real time, and rewards go directly to the recipient. There are many types of benefits and rewards to choose from, which suits my personal preferences.

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I like being able to see everyone's recognitions all in one spot and able to comment on each one. It's a great way to see the community of coworkers come together and seeing the amount of support everyone gives to one another. I can see Recognize being a more universal way for everyone to get involved.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

The one thing about it that I am not the biggest fan of is the fact that you have to manually go check the site for new notifications. I am very old school and love seeing recognitions posted on a board physically at the work place rather than logging into a system and reading it on a computer screen.

Recognize is creating an environment that is more organized and easier to keep track of. This is benefitting me by being able to see all of my coworkers positive comments all in once place.

I really appreciate that this new site offers so much content. It feels great to be recognized for all kinds of achievements! I also enjoy seeing all the kudos from other hospitals and the sense of support throughout the community. It's truly lovely. Easy to use too!

Ease of use - The platform is very easy to use and has an intuitive workflow. There is no training required and user can just jump in and start right out. 

Notifications - A very solid notifications system where I can notified on the email on every comment and recognition received. 

Integration - With seamless integration cross teams, it makes it very easy to share praise across individual and access the app from a single app drawer in Team

Leaderboard can be improved within the web-app. 

With multiple users, the scrolling becomes difficult, there should be some collapsable options to navigate easily

What i like best about Recognize is how simple it is to show appreciation in real time. It makes recognition part of our daily workflow and helps to build a culture where people feel valued and motivated.

The only thing I dislike about Recognize is that it can get a little overwhelming with notifications and I wish the app had more features. Sometimes the reward options feel limited.

One unhelpful thing about using recognize is some of the posts are for basically doing nothing but showing up. A way to rank posts based on what was done so people can see posts where the recognition is for cause and not just people doing their jobs.

I really appreciate being able to recognize my colleagues and see the recognition they have received. This program feels like a professional version of Facebook tailored for our company. I also value the ability to like the recognitions others have gotten and enjoy staying updated on what’s happening in other departments across the organization.

The downside is that not everyone uses it and/or appreciates what the program can do.

I think it's great to feel appreciated not just by colleagues, but also by managers. I really like the option to make recognition either private or public. When I recognize someone, I can refer back to that recognition during evaluations, which I find very helpful.

It shows the team members that leadership and peers cares and recognize the small or large things that is being done daily that people may not see. I am also able to like other team members recognitions.

When there is lack of engagement and recognition people tend to seek employment elsewhere. This helps to retain quality team members.

recognition. It is a large thing lacking in our company and i feel it was because my supervisors did not have time to talk to me to recognize me ... this lets me know that they are aware of the work i do and the contirbutions i make.

I really enjoy Recognize, frequently, my job likes to remind me how well I'm doing and send me some points to me recognize account for me to then use gift cards around where I live. I've gotten so many awesome discounts, especially at restaurants, I love using my points to go out and eat and see the bill drastically cheaper than it should be!

That we are able to put into detail in writing who is doing what right. If people at our Stations see what other people are doing and are getting rewarded, then they will see these actions and continue to carry the good and correct actions out. It will make people see that there is always a reason for what we are doing and why we are doing it.

The platform is easy to use, intuitive, and a great way to promote a culture of appreciation in an organization of any size, especially for ours as we continue to grow beyond 400+ employees across multiple locations. Having it integrated with single sign-on also makes it a breeze to check regularly; it's a pleasure to see how often staff are utilizing the platform.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

There aren't many improvements I would make, although bulk recognition of staff could be made a little easier.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous system involved providing physical tokens of recognition and/or appreciation (using customized Legos), which was fun, but ultimately not sustainable as our organization scaled in size and we gained more locations. In addition, employees would run out of room to display the awards they had accumulated! Having a virtual platform has eliminated that issue while making it easier than ever for staff to recognize and show appreciation to one another. In addition to being recognized by peers, it's an easy way for managers to recognize their employees for jobs well done.
