**What do you like best about Real-Time Point of Sale (RPOS)?**

It has reports that generate and are sent automatically every day. It is also integrated with our hotel system.

**What do you dislike about Real-Time Point of Sale (RPOS)?**

Hard to use back office computer. Customer support rarely reaches back out when issues get escalated.

**What problems is Real-Time Point of Sale (RPOS) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They allow us to be able to charge food to rooms
