"Great place to manage multiple communication channels all in one place!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Re:amaze?

The fact that all communication can be managed in one place and you can see all communication threads automatically with the same person across multiple channels... this makes it very easy to systematize customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Re:amaze?

The template system is OK... but a little cumbersome to use (no hotkeys, no way to save subject lines as part of a template, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Re:amaze?

We've used a lot of alternatives and finally settled on this because it's the best. Over the years we've had so many different software for support and this one is so easy to use and friendly for our staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Re:amaze?

That there's no copper integration yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very intuitive and easily configured"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Re:amaze?

The configurability and administration is easy to learn. I like the multi-brand feature and all the modern communication channels (chats, SMS, email) with IM style chat (rather than live chat). The “embeddablles” builder is flexible and efficient, too. Lastly, the FAQ (Knowledge Base) feature is great. Altogether the help desk does a great job of timely help and self-service for my customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Re:amaze?

More customizations for the embeddable lightbox and cues to make them flexible for other uses such as collecting sentiment data. Right now, sentiment surveys only seem possible for email Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search function needs to be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to setup & manage teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Re:amaze?

The interface is great. Friendly and approachable and isn't intimidating to people on our team without much tech experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Re:amaze?

I think the way that replies are handled could be improved (as in the thread...), at least as it relates to the inboxes OUTSIDE of ReAmaze. I do like the ReAmaze interface, but on Gmail, it gets very sloppy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
