# What if your pricing changes in the future? Will I be grandfathered?

Their answer when I asked via chat:

Hi Heather,

Your plan price is grandfathered and would not be increased automatically unless you change your plan here or send us a written request.

We're serious about pricing because we know how important it is for you to estimate costs and be able to scale your growth according to your business growth. This is why we don't charge based on the number of customers you have. You only pay for the number of agent seats you need.

The plan you choose at the time of your subscription will be grandfathered forever unless you tell us you want to change to a different plan. We will never alter your pricing or the features you've subscribed to regardless of what our "current" pricing is.
