The resume tool is actually very useful for us and for our applicants. **What do you dislike about Rate My Resume?** Honestly, Everything in Rate My Resume is perfect except that it lack of integrations with other tools we use in HR Deot. It will be great to see direct connections with ATS Platforms, or even cloud/drive services to make it easier to manage and store the applicant's resume. Right now, I have to manually download the resume and move then between systems, which isn't not a big of a deal but definitely adds extra steps to our workflow. If they implement this, it would be an absolute powerhouse for HR employee like me. **What problems is Rate My Resume solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool has help us a lot in our department, specifically in our workflow. Rate My Resume allowed me to scale my job without sacrificing quality. Before having this tool, I had to spend way too much time manually checking applicant's resumes.
