What do you like best about Rapid Search?

We initially activated Rapid Search just to test it during the free trial, but it became obvious almost immediately that the app pays for itself even within that short period. Since then, we’ve been a regular subscriber — and honestly, it’s one of the best investments we’ve made recently.

Rapid Search makes product discovery incredibly easy for customers, and thanks to the alias feature, even typos or spelling mistakes won’t stop users from finding what they’re looking for. The analytics are surprisingly powerful as well: our purchasing team now relies on the search trends to understand what customers want in the current season.

To give a concrete example: in the past 30 days, our customers performed 4,670 searches, resulting in over 3,000,000 HUF in search-driven revenue. In other words, Rapid Search generated more than 22× its subscription cost — within a single month.

What do you dislike about Rapid Search?

Rapid Search solves two major problems for us: product discoverability and search accuracy.

Our customers often search with typos, incomplete product names, or brand-related keywords, and before Rapid Search these queries frequently resulted in zero hits. The alias and synonym features now ensure that even imperfect searches lead customers to the right products — which directly increases conversions.

On top of that, the built-in analytics give us deep insights into what customers are actively looking for. This helps not only with merchandising and internal search optimization, but also supports our purchasing team in planning stock for the upcoming season.

What do you like best about Rapid Search?

RapidSearch is a fast and powerful search engine. We have been working with them since 2021. Integrating their search engine was one of the best decisions in the history of our webshop. The search engine handles typos really well. In the admin interface we can access statistics too. What do you like best about Rapid Search?

Since 2020, we have been using the RapidSearch search engine in our Shoprenter online store, and we can confidently say that it was one of our best decisions! It provides fast and accurate results, with the option to refine results with synonyms for special products, making it easy for customers to find what they are looking for. The search results list also serves as a shopping interface, allowing those who know what they want to add the product to their cart directly from the results. We’ve integrated Rapid Search seamlessly with Shoprenter—and the impact is immediate. The setup took less than a minute, no dev skills or extra scripts needed. The search is lightning-fast (literally sub-millisecond response), smart, and boosts conversions by surfacing relevant products—even handling synonyms, zero-character queries and tailoring results based on sales or views.

The new ‘Add-to-Cart button directly in search results’ is a game-changer. One click in the search field, and boom—added. That’s fewer clicks, less friction, and a clear push toward impulse purchases, especially powerful on mobile.

What do you like best about Rapid Search?

It really makes a difference in conversion. I can set up Merchandising rules to demote out-of-stock or preordering products to the end of my search results, or promote my preferred categories to the top of the results.
