**What do you like best about Rant & Rave?**

The interface is clean and responsive.  Lots of information at the click of the mouse!

**What do you dislike about Rant & Rave?**

Not necessarily a dislike, but it can be challenging creating new reports using Discover.

**What problems is Rant & Rave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have improved our agent satisfaction significantly by focusing on agents who have low scores.  The customer verbatim comments are key in driving improvements.
