What do you like best about Raintree Systems?

I like the ability to customize our experience for each of our entities based the unique requirements of each one. Whether it's custom fields or special reports, everything we need is provided. Once every thing is implemented, everything is very easy to use. Not to mention the system handles multiple users entering large amounts of information every day. What do you dislike about Raintree Systems?

What do you dislike about Raintree Systems?

User functionality is not intuitive. Changing anything takes dozens of steps. Unless you are a computer programer you won't be able to update templates.

When you call support, usually the person on the phone can't help with anything other than a password reset. Numerous times there is NO ONE in the organization that can help make the changes or setup anything.

Refuse to provide training or help because they don't have anyone that can help.

Account managers never respond. System integrations don't work.

If you have used other EMRs/PMs this one will not be easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
