It is less expensive than some systems. It gives everyone in the office something to complain about every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User functionality is not intuitive. Changing anything takes dozens of steps. Unless you are a computer programer you won't be able to update templates.
When you call support, usually the person on the phone can't help with anything other than a password reset. Numerous times there is NO ONE in the organization that can help make the changes or setup anything.
Refuse to provide training or help because they don't have anyone that can help.
Account managers never respond. System integrations don't work.
