# Which ADP Marketplace Apps reduce errors and save time through bi-directional data sync with scheduled automation?

Honest heads-up first: most apps in ADP Marketplace have very few G2 reviews, so there isn't much user feedback to lean on for most of them. The one with a real review base and relevant to sync is Salary.com, well-rated and reviewers value it for pulling compensation data in sync with your ADP system rather than manual re-entry. Worth also considering the Microsoft D365FO Connector for ADP Workforce Now, which is built specifically for bi-directional payroll data sync between D365 Finance & Operations and ADP, exactly the scheduled-automation use case, though its review base is small (a handful of reviews) so I'd verify with references. To be real, "bi-directional sync with scheduled automation" is a specific technical ask, so I'd confirm directly with ADP or the app vendor exactly how often sync runs and what happens on conflicts. What system are you syncing ADP with, an ERP, a benefits platform, something else?
