**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I have been in sales for over 33 years and find that this is hands down the single best tool for interacting with clients. Not only can I adjust the quote in real time but gives the client a place to securely sign up for the service. It is professional and easy to manage and for an old dog like me it keeps it simple.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

Not a single thing, the entire product is easy to use and customizable from both my point of view but the clients.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

We can send a beautiful proposal within 5 minutes from the templates we have created. We have noticed that our win rates on proposals are higher than ever and people love the process/layout. We have had so many compliments!

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

The only downside is that you cannot edit some of the custom forms. Eg. some of the spelling is American and we are based in the UK so it is a shame that we cannot change some things.

Speed of sending proposals that look bespoke and custom!

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

Qwilr allows you to make all your documents into something professional and sleek. It allows for uniformity in your sales and marketing materials and provides you the customization tools you need to have it fit your brand.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

Occasionally, Qwilr doesn't perform the best. It will sometimes get stuck when editing, but rarely. Also, not being able to edit the same page as another team member is a bit of a bummer at times.

Give it a try!

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the problem of needing to create uniformity in all sales documents. In the past we used to create Google Docs and lightly brand them, but Qwilr takes our proposal game to another level.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

Qwilr is super helpful for our future clients, they find the ease of use very attractive. It also is a great way to distract them from the mundane legaleze with nice visuals

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

There isn't much I dislike about it, recently they added a feature for 2 factor authentication which slows the process down just a bit, but it is completely manageable.

**Recommendations to others considering Qwilr:**

Give it a try, it really changed every aspect of the contract process for me totally positively

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue is disguising the legal boilerplate style contracts we used to send out into a more attractive and less intimidating style of legally binding contract.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

Qwilr is easy to use with templates that can be added in to custom each agreement. It integrates seamlessly with Salesforce. Before Qwilr we used DocuSign and DocuSign was so clunky and not user-friendly like Qwilr.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

Nothing! I can't think of anything that is missing. It is a consistently performing tool. I have experienced few if any issues. No recommendations at this time for improvements.

**Recommendations to others considering Qwilr:**

Just do it! Make the change and give yourself time back in your day.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qwilr makes sending an agreement a 2-3 minute process. Spending less time creating an agreement allows me to send more agreements each day! Equaling more profits!!

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I'm a video producer so I love the ability to embed video. The formatting tools are very simple and provide great results. Kind of like the Squarespace for proposal creation.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I wish the integration to QuickBooks was a little more seamless. Would be great to have proposal tables copy over perfectly.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I got Qwilr because I was ready to up my game on how estimates and proposals looked. It's definitely accomplished that goal.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

The easy navigation features. It's all very simple to use. Additionally, I like how we can continuously edit the Qwilr when it is live until the other party signs it.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

Sometimes the opened emails are delayed. Also, I have run into some issues with it being more difficult to edit the font, typeface size and general customization features.

**Recommendations to others considering Qwilr:**

Yes, I would recommend it. Qwilr is very easy to use and makes the process easier for the other party involved. The navigation features are great too!

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time it takes to send an agreement as well as how easy it is for the party on the other end. Also, the formatting and the design layout is great and really responsive to the other party.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

There are several things I love about Qwilr. If I have to choose one, I'd probably say the Hubspot integration. Being able to automatically create a beautiful, professional quote with very little effort is incredible. Saves me a ton of time.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I don't know that I dislike anything. A couple things I could see improving are the way documents are organized and have the Hubspot integration be a little more customizable than it is now.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Qwilr solved for me is how much time I was spending writing up quotes. A process that used to take me 45 minutes, now takes about 2. It's really phenomenal.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

The flexibility of the Qwilr platform has allowed us to integrate the product into our systems which has greatly assisted our users whilst saving them time on creating bespoke templates.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

We had some issues with the notifications within Qwilr as we had to change the owner of a template multiple times to allow it to notify the correct user of a completed, signed document

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qwilr is currently used to solve the problem of users having to create their own template documents and having to type in the details that would be copied across to the documents. This prevents user typing errors and saves time.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

From the first day of using Qwiler, the system is straightforward and easy to use for myself and our clients.

There isn't much not to like, sometimes clients are confused by something new, but its worked thru pretty quickly

We all work remotely and across country. We are able to move much faster as an organization having something like this to use on a daily basis

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I have creative control over the templates used, but I also have a clear path as to how I need to structure all of my work on Qwilr to ensure I meet expectations. 100/10 recommend.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I actually can't think of any downsides right now, or anything I don't like. I use Qwilr at least a few times a week (usually more) and find it's easy to navigate, efficient and guiding when I need it to be.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qwilr is solving the fact that other platforms like it don't have a lot of options for customizing my templates, or pre-saving my splash and text box options. It increases my performance, too. I was slower before in creating all the work I use Qwilr for, and now I get it done in a significantly faster timeframe.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

Easy to manage folders and keep track of quotes. Very professional-looking quotes.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

When I am struggling to create a new template with a different format, I often struggle to get blocks and things to go where I want. Would like to be able to copy and paste blocks to a new template.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very easy to manage quotes, know if they've been viewed, and make changes at the click of a button. Saves on printing/scanning, and keeps everything in one place.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I really enjoy that it is user-friendly and I can see the page analytics. The page analytics helps me be able to close more effectively and productively. Overall very impressed with the technology!

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I believe it has been remedied but when a signee would be sent an email code, that really put a hiccup in the sales process. I understand the two factor authentication but it caused confusion for my clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Qwilr:**

If you are considering it, DO IT! Qwilr is a great and easy tool to use.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really enjoy the page analytics. I can see how often my clients view our agreement, what areas they spend the most time on, and what obstacles I can overcome that the client may not have said to me.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

The easy-to-view user-friendly screen when walking through prospects through the closing stage. I have no issues or recommendations at this moment. Everything works perfectly.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

Visually appealing proposals and contracts that stand out over the typical word doc or PDF. Very easy acceptance process that clients have said they enjoy whenever they have to finalize an agreement with us.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

The pricing area is not always super intuitive. Everything is presented as line items similar to a traditional invoice. If you're giving a client multiple package options, it's not always very clear what they are expected to do. I think in those cases, people are used to the horizontally separated blocks for packages that so many websites have adopted. 

The e-signature part is fine, but there could be a little more legal comfort if there were an option to get initials at different points of an agreement.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for all of our client contracts and some new hire forms. It's made it easier to stay organized with using the most current terms/language in our contracts. The way it organizes content into blocks/sections has helped force us to think about how we're organizing info instead of just having giant rambling word docs.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

Qwilr is an excellent tool that helped our Implementation and CSMs in their day-to-day presentations. Powerpoint feels a bit old-fashioned, and we were looking for something to use that would look more 'modern' Qwilr was the answer. 

- Reasonably easy to use (some editing is a bit 'janky' from time to time). 
- Modern and streamlined look
- Great data and analytics on the backend
- Great functionality

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

Some of the physical editing features are tough to interact with. The best way to work through this is to set up templates and have folks clone and edit them. Building from scratch takes time due to the flow of editing within the product.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits:

- Modern
- Analytics-driven (we can see who has opened a Qwilr after sending and how they've engaged with it. Great for Implementation projects and kick-off calls

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

- The tool is organized in a way that allows you to save sections easily. Build it once and save time for all future proposals.
- It was very easy to design a template using our brand colors.
- Easy to edit and change elements

- I wish it were similar to Microsoft Word or Google docs as it took some time to get used to. But it is not a big deal as once you get used to it (after maybe 2 or 3 proposals), you know your way around.
- I'm not too fond of the fact you have to change download links manually after cloning a file. But again, it's just an extra second.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I like the modular approach to building quotes. And the templating feature. I also like the e-signatures, the PDF download feature, and the ability to make items optional in each block which allows us to create upsells. We also like the multi-language capabilities. We built templates in English and French. The rich media and custom branding are also a must for us; without those features, we wouldn't have adopted the tool. The ability to send the quotes to customers directly from the tool and track when the document was opened and read is also a significant advantage. We can also easily search quotes and create folders for customers, and group quotes within those folders.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

You can view the total cost, but you cannot view the total number of hours. This makes it harder to build timelines. Also, I don't particularly appreciate that it locks editing mode for more than one user. It makes it harder to collaborate on building quotes. We currently resort to sharing screens on Zoom when we want to collaborate on building a quote. I also wish there were choices of different fonts to use.

Buy with confidence. Try it and see for yourselves.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are moving away from excel. We wanted something that can have prebuilt blocks of cost items for our agencies that we can swap in and out from quotes and add more as we go so that with time it becomes easier and faster to build quotes. With Excel, we were cutting and pasting between multiple sheets and embedding Excel snippets on word documents which are not ideal at all. We also didn't have a clean way to provide options in our quote that, when clicked on, would adjust the total price automatically. So we couldn't create upsells in our quotes. Analytics was also missing for us, we wanted to track when quotes were opened and read.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

We reviewed most of the leading quotation/proposal software platforms and Qwilr was the best in my opinion. The platform gives us the tools and the flexibility to create very high quality proposals that our customers love. We also need the ability to include fees which are VAT and non VAT qualifying and Qwilr is the only platform which allows this.

This is a super easy to use platform. We use this for our proposals and marketing books. It works really well to have a live online version as well as a downloadable PDF.

The PDF downloads take some tweaking to get the layouts to work. If you want something that is fully customizable, this is limited. However, the built in sections and ability to revise, save and reuse is a huge time saver!

Qwilr gives us such valuable granular data about which elements of a proposal are most important to our prospects. It can tell us if they're more focused on the price or the value we're offering.

There really isn't anything not to like.

It's traditionally been hard to know whether a client was more interested in what we were offering, or the price. With Qwilr we can see exactly how much time they spend looking at the Scope of Service vs the price, and what links they're clicking. We've seen an increase in our conversion rates and an increase in the average sale value thanks to the professional nature of our proposals now, and the ability to focus our efforts on the elements of the proposal that are most valuable to our prospects.

I like how easy it is to clone existing Qwilr presentations and change bits and pieces to create a new yet similar presentation. The creative options while building Qwilr presentations is almost endless!

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I'd like the ability to customize content and formatting in blocks more. For example, any H2 content in a single block (even if it's a separate line item) has to be formatted the same. I'd like the ability to customize the formatting for each line in a single block.

Make sure you have creative people creating and formatting the blocks! There's lots of cool creative potential.

Qwirl has built-in analytics, which shows how much time was spent reviewing the quote, the city where it has been opened and how many times the client has opened the document. It is a nice built-in tool to determine which clients are just window shopping and the ones who are seriously considering it. Plus, it is easy to use, appealing and mobile-friendly.

I could see some improvement done on how you archive old quotes, how to tag them and how to deploy more customization to the layout, like background and font colours.

I really like how easy it is to build professional-looking document templates and give my clients an easy way to execute agreements, waivers, and contract addendums. I also really like the visibility I get into when and how many times a document has been viewed, and the notifications I receive to confirm once a document has been executed.

It can be a little cumbersome to have to create new document templates from scratch, but I do like that I can save and clone them so that I don't have to recreate the wheel every single time I need a new document executed.

Since using qwilr it has saved us so much time and the success rate of getting our quotes accepted has gone up.

The blocks are incredibly helpful for building consistent scopes. Also the ability to clone a previous contract.

I wish I could highlight certain words instead of entire blocks/paragraphs so I could flag things to edit.

It is easy to use and can make documents, case studies, portfolios, briefings and everything in-between look super professional!

I use Qwilr for many different purposes and I don't have any dislikes about it.

The support team and our account manager always reply promptly if I have any questions and we have done ongoing training sessions with them when there are new updates. It is a great platform to generate documents and marketing collateral. I love it!

You can almost make a mini website using Qwilr! It is great that our team can collaborate on the live Qwilr files and share the live link with our clients. We also use it for our clients and employees to sign off on our policies.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

Our agency went from using Google Docs to Qwilr for proposals. Qwilr allows for our proposals to be much more visually appealing, as well as interactive. It is also very easy to use.

Sometimes it is hard to make a block look exactly how you want it. Also it would be nice if there was a better way to store and organize the variety of proposals.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

That each media kit can be unique and that I can make edits (in seconds) for viewers to see. All they have to do is hit refresh. The immediate notice that someone opened and read the cut is HUGE!

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

It cannot auto-calculate a total across multiple blocks. I also wish it had better table features. Within the back end, I wish search features worked a little better.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are reducing the time spent with each customer. And by that, I mean we can get to a lot more customers faster. I don't have to wait (and not know) if they opened it or not. And they can accept online creating an audit trail that they accepted our proposed plan.

I love the aesthetics (it's beautiful on desktop and mobile), ease of use, and integration with HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I wish it had a ChargeOver integration that would automatically create and send an invoice when our clients accept their proposal.

**Recommendations to others considering Qwilr:**

I love Qwilr generally, but to me, it's a no-brainer for HubSpot users. So easy!

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We save a ton of time creating invoices. From HubSpot, we click to create a new proposal from a Qwilr template we created. Thanks to Qwilr's ability to read HubSpot tokens, our client information is automatically entered into the proposal. Because most of our proposals are structured similarly, we just make minor changes to the template-based proposal and send! Easy!

No "Undo" button, no spellcheck function, would like more text options. No app - need an app compatible with smart phones and ipad!

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

Qwilr generates web-based proposals with many features that traditional paginated proposals don't have. In the format of a webpage, Qwilr proposals can display multi-media content and sophisticated designs including images, GIFs, video, audio, embedded personalized video message (Loom), truncated sections, highly customizable text and image blocks, and more. It also provides e-sign and e-pay functions to give clients a seamless experience. Apart from sharing Qwilr proposals via URLs, you can also download a Qwilr proposal as a PDF. The custom domain feature is a nice touch as well.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

For companies that use Qwilr to automatically generate proposals from their CRM system, the Qwilr API can be optimized. The current API doesn't support important HTML features such as <p></p> and <ul></ul>.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Qwilr proposal software helps our company generate highly aesthetically pleasing proposals with a unique design and e-sign/e-pay features, which makes us stand out among competitors.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I trialed a number of proposal applications, but QWILR was by far the easiest to use and delivered the tidiest proposals for clients.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

We're not a large enough organisation to justify the enterprise-level subscription so we can't see who opens our proposals. However, the majority are sent to individuals so we can see when they've opened it, which is enough for us.

**Recommendations to others considering Qwilr:**

Go for it.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to deliver proposals by email, which were boring and text-heavy. Now we can include images which are client relevant so it shows we listened to them and can relay the emotional connection to our proposal, i.e. life goals.
