What do you like best about Quipli?

Quipli works well with our small business. We currently do not have an extensive fleet of rental equipment, but Quipli works well for our inventory size. It provides a website that connects directly to the backhouse system that Quipli's system offers. Within the system we are able to manage, rent, track all of our inventory, as well as our customers and invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quipli?

We are still learning the Quipli system, and like all new things, it takes a little time to work through all the kinks and figure out the best way to do things. However, the integration between Quipli and QuickBooks needs some more work. The credit card payments made through stripe does fine, but the credit card fees are deducted before they are sent to QuickBooks. Therefore, we have to edit the invoice in QuickBooks, that was sent from Quipli, to reflect the CC payment already being deducted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quipli solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were doing manual invoices and tracking our rental fleet. Quipli has made it easy to see what is going out for rent, when, time limits etc. It also has alleviated manual invoicing! It connects to QuickBooks to ensure our books are still where they need to be. We can track our equipment by how long it has been on rent and how much rental income it generated for the year! What do you like best about Quipli?

I love that quipli takes in all your thoughts and recommendations. They are a great platform that combines a lot of different functionalities into one system while still making it customizable to turn on and off features based on your business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quipli?

I have not found any dislikes thus far as any issues I have had has been resolved. One thing I really wanted to see is the ability to scan items into the platform, and of course this is already being worked on. The Calendar was challenging to see who was getting what each day. They have revised the calendar, and it is better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quipli solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling rentals at multiple locations and managing our available inventory was becoming a huge issue. Since we have put in Quipli we now have a link from our website where customers can book the rental and select the product they want.
