We currently do not have an extensive fleet of rental equipment, but Quipli works well for our inventory size. It provides a website that connects directly to the backhouse system that Quipli's system offers. Within the system we are able to manage, rent, track all of our inventory, as well as our customers and invoices. **What do you dislike about Quipli?** We are still learning the Quipli system, and like all new things, it takes a little time to work through all the kinks and figure out the best way to do things. However, the integration between Quipli and QuickBooks needs some more work. The credit card payments made through stripe does fine, but the credit card fees are deducted before they are sent to QuickBooks. Therefore, we have to edit the invoice in QuickBooks, that was sent from Quipli, to reflect the CC payment already being deducted. **What problems is Quipli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quipli benefits us by getting us on the web with an interactive website. The website allows customers to rent without even having to call in. Quipli is also beneficial on helping us cut back on pen and paperwork. If they do not have something we need, they will make the changes to support our needs. **What problems is Quipli solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were doing manual invoices and tracking our rental fleet. Quipli has made it easy to see what is going out for rent, when, time limits etc. It also has alleviated manual invoicing! It connects to QuickBooks to ensure our books are still where they need to be. We can track our equipment by how long it has been on rent and how much rental income it generated for the year! ### 3. They are a great platform that combines a lot of different functionalities into one system while still making it customizable to turn on and off features based on your business needs. **What do you dislike about Quipli?** I have not found any dislikes thus far as any issues I have had has been resolved. One thing I really wanted to see is the ability to scan items into the platform, and of course this is already being worked on. What more can I ask for when the Customer Service is amazing and the platform is super customizable. **What problems is Quipli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quipli creates a platform that allows you to customize to your liking not limiting you to one style of rentals or purchases, like many other platforms. They allow you to use multiple features if your business offers them. ### 4. They have revised the calendar, and it is better. **What problems is Quipli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling rentals at multiple locations and managing our available inventory was becoming a huge issue. Since we have put in Quipli we now have a link from our website where customers can book the rental and select the product they want. It has freed up a tremendous amount of time for me to allocate to other things. ### 7.
