**What do you like best about Genio?**

I really appreciate Genio's user-friendly interface, which makes things very easy to use. It also saves me time and helps in providing a professional image. I also like the extensive templates that Genio offers. Additionally, the time tracking feature is something I find quite useful.

**What do you dislike about Genio?**

There are some issues with Genio that could be improved. The learning curve is mentioned as a concern, which can make it difficult to get accustomed to the software. There are also web errors and slow performance at times, which can be frustrating because it's not consistently reliable. Customization options are limited, which could restrict how much you can tailor the tool to your specific needs. Additionally, there's an issue with support that might need addressing.
