This platform is super user friendly to access the applications with single sign on feature. No matter how many apps we have, easy and efficient to access. They do provide excellent customer support which is plus.

**What do you dislike about QuickLaunch?**

The cost could be a bit downside of it. The expenses needs to be carefully evaluated

**What problems is QuickLaunch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avoid having multiple passwords for applications. One set of credentials for multiple applications is really beneficial and taht really solves the hassle of storing passwords for each application.

  ### 4. QuickLaunch is a great platform for our conference room

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott R. | Designer & Project Manager, Buildings, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2021

**What do you like best about QuickLaunch?**

QuickLaunch was an easy and affordable interface for our conference room computer. I was able to customize the display and applications to our needs. Setting up our conferencing accounts for one click activation as well as productivity software like office and bluebeam was easy. All of our employees have commented as to how easy it is to use QuickLaunch.

**What do you dislike about QuickLaunch?**

Some form of built-in remote access would be handy (either a desktop program or web interface) to allow remote monitoring for off-site installations. Additional application plugins and support would also be nice to include in the software.

**Recommendations to others considering QuickLaunch:**

You need to purchase one seat per installation location. This can add up if you have a lot of locations.

**What problems is QuickLaunch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I purchased QuickLaunch as a simple, user-friendly platform to access multiple conferencing programs as well as our file sharing without needing individual users to login every time.

  ### 5. Best Mobile Single Sign on

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prem P. | Data Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2021

**What do you like best about QuickLaunch?**

The main advantage is it helps to speed up your access to all the applications you use for personal and business work by removing the need to remember and manage multiple usernames and passwords. The Single Sign-On feature ensures you don’t need to repeat your credentials every time you log in.

**What do you dislike about QuickLaunch?**

I have only one dislike which is Not support for desktop

**What problems is QuickLaunch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The SSO implementation process has not been seamless but the implementation team was quick to adapt with us. We were able to overcome most of our obstacles and now have a useful SSO portal that we can customize easily.

  ### 6. Relatively easy to use SSO front end for WSO2

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2021

**What do you like best about QuickLaunch?**

The front end is simple to use and maneuver. It makes understanding the deployment of applications very easy. Support is always close to help configure applications, and after deploying a few with them, the process gets more straightforward.

**What do you dislike about QuickLaunch?**

Not so much to dislike, but the product is in its earlier stages and thus is not as fledged out for example the gui's in azure. The Quicklaunch support team does seem to be regularly pushing out updates however and the application has only gotten better with time.

**What problems is QuickLaunch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy one-stop portal for all applications for students. Additinally including MFA into the application really helps with our security posture.

  ### 7. Product Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronak K. C. | Instructor of Accounting, Higher Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2018

**What do you like best about QuickLaunch?**

The ease of use of the system. The system was built to adapt to our in-house environment and the representatives at Quicklaunch worked diligently with us to get our products working.

**What do you dislike about QuickLaunch?**

There is not a real problem with the product itself, but with the interface interaction with one of our SIS products that does not use any new standard authentication methods such Shibboeth. Quicklaunch can provide this service but our SIS does not work with any new authentication.

**Recommendations to others considering QuickLaunch:**

Identify your top priority. You need to make sure if you want to secure the system with how the processes work in the organization. For instance, if you want to apply 'First Time User' you do not want to have to implement it later as it causes delays and confusion among your current users. Have a strategic plan in place for your applications and your process workflows.

**What problems is QuickLaunch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security is the biggest issues we have resolved with going to Single-sign-on and being able to serve up Multi-factor authentication. Biggest troubles being in Higher-Ed tech services is that users tend to forget a lot about their password and now moving it to Quicklaunch SSO, the burden is relieved from the tech department at the college.

  ### 8. QuickLaunch Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2018

**What do you like best about QuickLaunch?**

Company has always been responsive to addressing needs and issues. High customer satisfaction appears to be important to them. Product delivers as promised, for a good price. Appreciate the continuous innovation.

**What do you dislike about QuickLaunch?**

Product branding and services can be confusing. Frequent changes of product names and their purpose. Also have been a bit frustrated with staff/account management turnover.

**What problems is QuickLaunch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to have a solid single sign-on product to handle our many applications. Product gives a single point of entry, is responsive, and easily customizable to our needs.

  ### 9. QuickLaunch Provides Excellent Services Including SSO, Password Reset, and MFA at a Reasonable Price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick B. | Chief Information Officer, Higher Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2018

**What do you like best about QuickLaunch?**

QuickLaunch has been a great partner for us since the beginning of the process back in 2016. We went live with our SSO portal in January 2017 and then with Password Reset in June 2017. We are looking forward to implementing MFA at the SSO login page as well to provide better security using 2 factor authentication. We have added many applications since we launched and they are always very responsive whenever we have issues. Great partner!

**What do you dislike about QuickLaunch?**

Nothing so far. I really enjoy working with their team and they are truly driven to not only provide a great product, but consistently find ways to make it better.

**Recommendations to others considering QuickLaunch:**

Ask them to give you a free assessment of your environment.

**What problems is QuickLaunch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have greatly improved the user experience for everyone trying to find and utilize the many application services available at Illinois College. We have also saved a significant amount of budget and time with password reset, allowing our users to reset their own passwords 24/7, rather than having to wait for the service desk to be open. Accounts are better secured now that they are tied to SSO and forced to comply with our AD password policy, and with MFA we look to provide even better security.

  ### 10. Centre College review of QuickLaunch SSO

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about QuickLaunch?**

Reports and displays are basic, would like to see more detail available which could be filtered out as needed.

**What problems is QuickLaunch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved security and standardization of how we interface applications into our environment.

  ### 11. QuickLaunch is a great product with excellent support

Ease of use and a great support system to help us with new implementations. Great value for the money.

I wish it included a mobile app in the basic pricing we have.

**Recommendations to others considering QuickLaunch:**

This is a great company to work with and their system is impressive.

**What problems is QuickLaunch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SSO and two factor authentication. We have one place to send our faculty, staff and students for signing into all the services they need.

  ### 12. Quick Launch

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2018

**What do you like best about QuickLaunch?**

Quick Launch has added a great service to our intranet portal. The staff has great technicians and program management. It was a pleasure working with them.

I don't have much negative to say about quick launch.

**What problems is QuickLaunch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A
