**What do you like best about QueueBuster?**

To be honest there is nothing great to talk about them. I initially thought its a CRM which would help me ease my work but sadly the experiences was totally different

**What do you dislike about QueueBuster?**

I am writing to express my deep frustration with the ongoing issues we've been experiencing with QueueBuster's services. Over the past two to three weeks, we've encountered a series of problems, and each time one issue is resolved, another arises. Despite efforts to address these issues, the overall experience has been extremely unsatisfactory.

I initially chose QueueBuster to simplify operations and provide better control over my menu. However, it has instead created more complications, and I feel I lack control over critical aspects of my business. The lack of responsiveness and the constant back-and-forth have left me feeling helpless and dissatisfie

**What do you like best about QueueBuster?**

Queuebuster is the most flexible inventory and sales management tool I found not just because of ease of using custom fields, but also because it may be the only POS application to manage our billing, inventory, customers and employees, invoicing and loyalty programs.

Queuebuster is very user-friendly POS app with all the prime features still very easy to understand and use. I manage and review complete sales with detailed analytics with unified reporting.
