The user interface of the Markify platform is relatively simple and the watch setup process looks straightforward on paper. However, these minor upsides are completely overshadowed by the company’s inability to deliver on its core service promises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer support is evasive, unhelpful, and even rude on the phone. Questel/Markify changed the reporting frequency of our trademark watch without consent, failed to deliver the first monthly report on time, and provided only generic “AI-style” email replies instead of addressing specific questions. Our client had to wait over five weeks for a service that should have been immediate. As a law firm, we cannot rely on such an incompetent supplier. This is a commercially damaging and discriminatory practice that we have escalated to the French Competition Authority and the European Commission. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
