Anaqua's products are outstanding, but their support and investment in those products are what sets them apart from other vendors. I feel they are a leader in that area. Like all other products in the industry, there are areas of improvement needed. Most notably, document workflow. This is an area that could use attention. Additionally, it is important to add better support for patent and trademark enforcement matters in their docketing systems. The current support is lacking in providing support for enforcement matters filed in countries other than the United States. The current support for US enforcement matters, also, needs additional improvement. I have brought this to Anaqua's attention and understand that they are working on some enhancements so I will reserve further critique until those enhancements roll out. For inhouse intellectual property departments in industrial companies. It is one of the indispensable solutions. Distinctive features:

- Every detail has been considered for departments with a large intellectual property portfolio

- It can follow deadlines according to local-based laws.

- It makes reminders and also allows inventors to follow their online applications.

Despite its many important features and vital features for inhouse intellectual property departments, it has the following disadvantages;

- It is quite complex to use

- it is very difficult for a new user to use this service without training

- Screen interfaces are pretty outdated

- When we design a screen interface for a new study, we have a hard time

- Screen transitions are slow

The system encompasses the entire multifaceted intellectual property package with multiple dimensions for use of its tools and analysis functionality. * Tight integrations with annuities solution, search tools, patent and trademark offices, business analysis, dashboards, validation of data, and visualization tools.

* The process flows and law engine allow management of large and complex portfolios as well as for small legal teams to manage their portfolio independent of outside counsel.

* The platform allows tracking at the matter level with family trees that visualize a family of patents or marks, at the portfolio level, and at the company level.

*Tool is flexible and configurable - we use it for all our matter management across the company and configured the modules to be custom to our company.
