I love that you can easily watch and search user sessions to understand intents better. It's always good tool to be able to see how your customer actively interacts with your product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love to see more insights automatically reported or brought, and this may be our underutilization of the tool. But I want QM to notify me of anomalies in customer behavior. If we expect the customer to take a certain path then report when they are diverting frequently. Also if alerts increase for customers or errors.
