**What do you like best about Qualysoft?**

I'm most satisfied that Qualysoft's services are competitively priced, providing an affordable solution for acquiring top talent without compromising on quality. They also excel in identifying and providing talents who not only possess the right skills but also integrate seamlessly into existing teams, ensuring a cohesive and productive working environment. Nevertheless, they consistently offer candidates who are not just qualified but also bring significant value to the tasks at hand, enhancing the overall effectiveness of projects.

Through Qualysoft's team augmentation services, adding a new specialist or replacing someone in the team was quick and easy. We simply stated the type of talent we require, outline our specific requirements, and Qualysoft promptly presented with qualified candidates tailored to your needs, minimizing the effort and time investment from our HR and recruitment teams.

To sum it up, I mostly like that they successfully fulfilled each and every requirement, no matter how challenging, ensuring that all project needs are met with effective solutions. They understand the requirements, plan accordingly, and communicate clearly, enabling me to make good decisions in my company's best interest. I've worked with in terms of professionalism, ability to deliver, responsiveness, and high-quality products. They just hit every single mark I'm looking for.

Get your priorities straight, it’s hard to expect someone to care about your business as much as you do, or to even know more about your business than you do. So setting context, goals and priorities is essential.

**What problems is Qualysoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through Qualysoft we quickly augmented our in-house software project development capabilities with top niche expertise. The software that we use is built in-house, totally different from what exists in the market and there were no IT professionals specialized on our platform.
More specifically, Qualysoft successfully enhanced our database support capabilities. The services included on-demand configurations for crucial applications such as NFC (NationalFleeCard), ICC (International Clearing Center), Datawarehouse Loader, Card Monitor Tool, Jobscheduler, and FOS (Fleet Online Services) and defect management / resolution.
The integration of Qualysoft's resources with our internal B2B & B2C Sales Cards team was seamless and productive. The initial knowledge ramp-up period of 2-3 months was efficient, using shadowing and on-spot training, which facilitated a deep understanding of our internal processes and requirements.
Qualysoft excelled in identifying repetitive errors and events, especially in the NFC/FOS areas. Their root analysis and development of both temporary workarounds and permanent fixes were crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of these systems. Their proactive approach in problem management significantly reduced potential disruptions.
Qualysoft's proposal for performance improvements on NFC system components demonstrated their commitment to not only maintaining but also enhancing system efficiency and reliability. Regular project meetings, coordinated by CoE Cards DM, were well-handled, ensuring ongoing tasks were on track, and new tasks were effectively rescheduled and reassigned as needed. The documentation of meetings and alignment of team member availability were also efficiently managed.
Qualysoft aligned very well with the deadlines for the delivery of project tasks. This reliability in meeting deadlines ensured the smooth progression of the project. The collaboration and communication was close and seamless They effectively coordinated with multiple parties for complex tasks, ensuring that these were executed in alignment with the strategies and needs of the internal B2B & B2C Sales Cards team. We benefited from regular progress reporting and all stakeholders were regularly updated and the few issues that arose were addressed promptly.
In conclusion, Qualysoft's service to us in database support was marked by thorough integration with internal teams, effective problem management, efficient use of project management tools, adherence to deadlines, and continuous performance improvement. Their collaborative approach and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of the project.

We faced rapidly evolving legal and fiscal landscapes, particularly the alignment with E-Invoicing, and we needed to swiftly adapt to shifting requirements while keeping up with the latest IT technologies and tools. Qualysoft enabled us to quickly scale our workforce. This agility significantly boosted our operational efficiency, allowing us to accelerate project completion and maintain a consistent rhythm.
Qualysoft's services extended beyond team augmentation. They provided us with specialized talents and skills, vital to overcome complex tasks. Their expertise ensured timely project completion and system maintenance, relieving our in-house team from additional pressure. Consequently, our internal staff could concentrate on their primary responsibilities, confident in the knowledge that specialized tasks were managed by external experts.

Their commitment to responsive and efficient service has not only resolved issues swiftly but has also played a crucial role in maintaining our project's speed.

Additionally, I liked Qualysoft colleagues's involvement in the project, they approach our project with the same level of care and commitment as if it were their own business. This level of engagement has built a strong, long-term partnership. 

The engineers from Qualysoft have consistently met and exceeded our expectations in terms of high-level code creation and maintenance. The team adapted quickly, was motivated, timely, and easy to work with. Further, they demonstrated excellent proactivity and came up with technical ideas regarding our project. We are always looking together at the bigger picture together and they have put their faith in us as we have in them, so we look forward to continuing the journey.

I also like their ability to align closely with your expectations and thoroughly understand your requirements from the start. **What problems is Qualysoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary objective in partnering with Qualysoft was the development and enhancement of core software products for electric chargers. This collaboration, especially with our team from Austria, focused significantly on quality assurance and the software development process.

Qualysoft has been an integral extension of our team for over two years. We engaged them during a critical phase where rapid expansion of our technical team was essential, along with the need to bridge specific skill gaps. Their expertise spans multiple programming languages including Java 8, Python 3.9, PHP, JavaScript, Bash (Linux), and C, which has been vital in our project's progress.

The project team from Qualysoft played an important role in both the creation and maintenance of high-level code, which consists of several components utilizing these varied technology stacks. Their contributions have been valuable in not just maintaining our existing software infrastructure but also in innovating and adding new features to our current product, the P30 charger.

Furthermore, Qualysoft's involvement was crucial in the development of M20, a mini-industrial computer designed to manage up to 200 chargers at a single location. Their forward-thinking approach to anticipating user-related issues and their proficiency in troubleshooting bugs have significantly enhanced the performance and reliability of our products. Their technical expertise and proactive problem-solving have been key factors in achieving our objectives efficiently.
