Qoteit is a SaaS designed to help sales teams, consultants and freelancers create, design and share sales quotations with their customers. Creating sales quotations is a repetitive and time consuming task. With Qoteit you will be able to design your own theme and generate a sales quotation in pdf format with a few clicks. You will also be able to collaborate with other team members to review and approve sales quotations. Qoteit also offers a simple tool to manage your customers and contacts information which is very useful for small teams who don’t have a CRM. It also manages your products catalog, so you can easily import them into a quotation with all the needed details. Qoteit is simple and easy to use, with flexibly-designed features that fit with different business needs. In addition, Qoteit provides you with a nice dashboard that gives you a quick overview on the deals you have and your team performance.

**What do you like best about Qoteit?**

Qoteit is easy and affordable for small business owners like me. Its interface is easy and faster to navigate to use the features. compared to other sales crm software it's cheaper. It instantly generates pdf that's easy to share.

**What do you dislike about Qoteit?**

Free trial is only for 14 days. For quotation and sales process it should be at least 30 days to make a buying decision

**What problems is Qoteit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have digital marketing agency and we work with large brands as well as small start-ups and micro influencers. To share marketing quotation we use Qoteit which is easy for us and provides professional outputs.
