QMSmart provides a centralized platform to manage safety reports, investigations, audits, and compliance tracking in one system. It significantly improves efficiency in managing Safety Management System (SMS) activities, including safety risk assessments, compliance monitoring, audit management, and tracking corrective and preventive actions. The system helps enhance visibility of safety data and supports better monitoring of regulatory and operational safety requirements.

**What do you dislike about Qmsmart?**

At the moment, we have not experienced any significant issues. The system is meeting our requirements for managing safety, compliance monitoring, audits, and SMS activities effectively.

**What do you like best about Qmsmart?**

We have been using this software since its initial launch in 2023. Before fully implementing it in our organization, we conducted a one-year pre-review period to evaluate and customize the system to suit our operational needs.

During the early stages, the software had a few glitches, and there was a learning curve for the team to fully understand our terminology and process flow. However, the development and support team showed great dedication in addressing these issues and continuously improving the system.

Their responsiveness and willingness to adapt the software to our requirements made the implementation smoother over time. The platform is now easy to use, straightforward to implement, and provides adequate features to effectively manage our quality assurance system.

After three years of successful usage, we can say that the software has become a reliable tool for our organization, supported by a committed team that values user feedback and continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about Qmsmart?**

The dislikes are very minimal. However, a few areas could be improved. The user guide could be updated more regularly to reflect changes made in the software. The time taken to incorporate new features in future updates can sometimes be longer than expected.

**What do you like best about Qmsmart?**

In my opinion, QMSmart’s biggest strength is its adaptability to different organizations and their operational requirements. Every aviation operator has slightly different processes, reporting structures, and workflows, yet many software platforms are rigid or hard-coded. What impressed me about QMSmart is that it can be configured and modified to match an organization’s real operational needs, rather than forcing users to change their processes to fit the software. That level of flexibility makes it far more practical for day-to-day operational use.

During our implementation at Quikjet, Ms. Pranati Pradhan, the Project Manager from QMSmart, played a key role in understanding our requirements and making sure the system aligned with our internal processes. Rinshad from the Business System Support team has also been very helpful whenever we needed assistance or clarification. Both of them have been consistently responsive and supportive throughout.

**What do you dislike about Qmsmart?**

While the platform is quite flexible, some workflows can still feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users who are still getting familiar with the different modules. A few processes require multiple steps, so there’s a learning curve before everything starts to feel intuitive. I’ve also run into situations where small changes or updates needed coordination with the support team instead of being immediately adjustable on my side. That said, whenever this has come up, QMSmart’s support has been consistently reliable. They take feedback seriously and work toward practical solutions, which ultimately makes the overall experience much smoother.

**What problems is Qmsmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QMSmart has helped us bring several safety, compliance, and reporting processes into one structured platform. Previously, managing safety reports, audit tracking, and corrective actions across different channels often became fragmented and difficult to monitor. With QMSmart, these activities are centralized, improving visibility, traceability, and accountability across departments.

The system’s adaptability has also allowed us to tailor certain modules to better reflect our operational workflows at Quikjet, making it more effective for day-to-day use. The implementation process was well supported by Ms. Pranati Pradhan and Rinshad, who ensured our operational requirements were clearly understood and addressed.

**What do you like best about Qmsmart?**

I appreciate Qmsmart for its ability to streamline and centralize the auditing process for both internal and external vendors or process owners. I like how the software makes it very clear by identifying the steps before the actual implementation of the audit module with its FlowDown feature. It helps in scheduling audits, carrying out the necessary follow-ups, sending notifications regarding audits, and handling the final execution and closure seamlessly. The setup was also very easy because we had people on-site to describe how it works, and an elaborated procedure was defined and demonstrated.

**What do you dislike about Qmsmart?**

The area of improvement is the notification part, which sometimes doesn't notify on time. This makes it difficult to take corrective action by the authority and leads to challenges in final closure of orders. When notifications don't come, it becomes hard to revert to the manual system to identify what was the audit date closer to a particular log file.

I use Qmsmart to streamline and centralize our auditing process for both internal and external vendors through an automatic system. It clearly identifies steps before implementation, scheduling, carrying out audits, and following up, with notifications for final execution and closure.

It is easy to schedule the audit, filling the checklist, raising findings, publishing the audit. Also to get the list of audits and the list of findings.

**What do you dislike about Qmsmart?**

1. Reminder regarding finding is still not receiving by the auditee. Also reminder regarding follow up is not receiving by auditor.

2. For every issue I am supposed to send a mail. Requesting QMSmart team to develop a support request tab so that we can raise service request very easily. Also we can get the history of service requests. I think that is service is already there, but still depend on primarily on email.

**What problems is Qmsmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Reminder regarding finding is not receiving by the auditee (like upcoming target date, target date overdue alert for findings)

2. Reminder regarding upcoming follow up, target date overdue alert for follow up by the auditor.

**What do you like best about Qmsmart?**

I find Qmsmart to be user-friendly and easy to use, which makes my work more efficient. It accepts all kinds of documents as attachments, which is really convenient as we often require additional information like videos, photos, or PDFs. I appreciate how our offline processes are effortlessly integrated into an online medium with Qmsmart. The team behind Qmsmart was very cooperative, understanding, and knowledgeable during the initial setup. They effectively discerned our requests and incorporated them into the digital application.

The software itself lags a lot. Also, sometimes it automatically skips work stages, which could be problematic if not noticed.

Another excellent aspect of QMSmart is the strong support provided by their team. They are always responsive and helpful in resolving any issues promptly.

Since the launch of QMSmart in our organization, we have not encountered any issues so far. Therefore, at this stage, there is nothing that we dislike about QMSmart.

A simple way to submit Hazard report, assigning task to concerned team members. Attending concerns immediately to avoid any delay. All concerns were addressed in a professional manner. Entire QM Smart backend team is available to address the customer issues.

**What do you dislike about Qmsmart?**

Nothing as such, but really to emphasize on Making Audit observations sending to the auditee by the lead auditor. As of now only Unsatisfactory / audit findings are being forwarded to auditee. In all checklists beyond the check point we made a column for Remarks/ observations if any. But this point need to be taken into cosideration.

This is a user-friendly software and can be used and understand by a layman too.
