What do you like best about Qmsmart?

We have been using this software since its initial launch in 2023. Before fully implementing it in our organization, we conducted a one-year pre-review period to evaluate and customize the system to suit our operational needs.

During the early stages, the software had a few glitches, and there was a learning curve for the team to fully understand our terminology and process flow. However, the development and support team showed great dedication in addressing these issues and continuously improving the system.

Their responsiveness and willingness to adapt the software to our requirements made the implementation smoother over time. The platform is now easy to use, straightforward to implement, and provides adequate features to effectively manage our quality assurance system.

What do you dislike about Qmsmart?

The dislikes are very minimal. However, a few areas could be improved. The user guide could be updated more regularly to reflect changes made in the software. What do you like best about Qmsmart?

In my opinion, QMSmart’s biggest strength is its adaptability to different organizations and their operational requirements. Every aviation operator has slightly different processes, reporting structures, and workflows, yet many software platforms are rigid or hard-coded. What impressed me about QMSmart is that it can be configured and modified to match an organization’s real operational needs, rather than forcing users to change their processes to fit the software. That level of flexibility makes it far more practical for day-to-day operational use.

During our implementation at Quikjet, Ms. Pranati Pradhan, the Project Manager from QMSmart, played a key role in understanding our requirements and making sure the system aligned with our internal processes. Rinshad from the Business System Support team has also been very helpful whenever we needed assistance or clarification. Both of them have been consistently responsive and supportive throughout. What do you dislike about Qmsmart?

While the platform is quite flexible, some workflows can still feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users who are still getting familiar with the different modules. A few processes require multiple steps, so there’s a learning curve before everything starts to feel intuitive. I’ve also run into situations where small changes or updates needed coordination with the support team instead of being immediately adjustable on my side. That said, whenever this has come up, QMSmart’s support has been consistently reliable. "Streamlines Audits, Needs Better Notifications"
What do you like best about Qmsmart?

I appreciate Qmsmart for its ability to streamline and centralize the auditing process for both internal and external vendors or process owners. I like how the software makes it very clear by identifying the steps before the actual implementation of the audit module with its FlowDown feature. It helps in scheduling audits, carrying out the necessary follow-ups, sending notifications regarding audits, and handling the final execution and closure seamlessly. What do you dislike about Qmsmart?

The area of improvement is the notification part, which sometimes doesn't notify on time. This makes it difficult to take corrective action by the authority and leads to challenges in final closure of orders. What do you dislike about Qmsmart?

1. Reminder regarding finding is still not receiving by the auditee. Also reminder regarding follow up is not receiving by auditor.

2. For every issue I am supposed to send a mail. Requesting QMSmart team to develop a support request tab so that we can raise service request very easily. What do you like best about Qmsmart?

A simple way to submit Hazard report, assigning task to concerned team members. Attending concerns immediately to avoid any delay. All concerns were addressed in a professional manner. What do you dislike about Qmsmart?

Nothing as such, but really to emphasize on Making Audit observations sending to the auditee by the lead auditor. As of now only Unsatisfactory / audit findings are being forwarded to auditee.
