**What do you like best about SITA?**

I like the availability, flexibilty and reliability of the tool.

I am not sure what i didn't like but it is a paid tool.

This tool helps with air ticket reservation, making customer profile and doing check in through kiosk. Its fast, robust and reliable tool.
