**What do you like best about SITA?**

I like the availability, flexibility and reliability of the tool.

**What do you dislike about SITA?**

I am not sure what I didn't like but it is a paid tool.

**What problems is SITA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helps with air ticket reservation, making customer profiles and doing check-in through kiosks. It's a fast, robust, and reliable tool.
