**What do you like best about Pyto?**

Pyto is a great solution to speed up the process of pre qualifying leads for our organization. The implementation is working quite nicely and Pyto's team is super responsive and helpful. The integration is straightforward if you want to use the native solution and the team is always down for new ideas and suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Pyto?**

The implementation is working as expected, its an early product, so I'm sure more features will come soon, there is nothing bad to highlight at the moment.

**What problems is Pyto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The AI Agent contacts the lead and pre-scans for eligibility, making sure human agents don't contact existing customers that are looking for support and scheduling call backs with our sales agents for the more relevant leads. Pyto's main goal is to schedule an appointment between the lead and our human sales agent. This makes the life of our sales agents easier, as they don't have to spend time with cold, or fraudulent leads. The solution is giving good returns as our sales agents can close deals faster.
