What do you like best about Pulse Technology?

I find Pulse Technology incredibly efficient and user-friendly, especially with the guidance we received from Jason, which made setup a breeze. I appreciate the software’s capability in client data organization, streamlining processes through automation and workflows, and providing copywriting help for our emails. The email automation features for client onboarding are particularly beneficial, and I love how it allows us to categorize client types for easy access and keeps all contact information neatly organized in one location. The integration with calendar and AI applications is fantastic, making appointment booking effortless and enhancing our client value journey significantly. Overall, the branded email templates and smooth client data storage and organization make Pulse Technology a highly effective tool for our company. "My go-to CRM for both me and my clients"

What do you like best about Pulse Technology?

It isn't an old CRM on a clunky platform like so many others. This makes it responsive, intuitive, and easy to use.

I especially like the project boards. They look similar to the Excel spreadsheets that I used to use, however they are fully integrated into the CRM and many functions can be automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
