  ### 1. Great customer service from the sales to service and technical support!!

**What do you like best about Pulsa?**

Marcello is great work with!!  It doesn't matter what time you call he will answer or return your call quickly and get answers for you.  The dashboard is very nice and easy to use.  If something doesn't look right after setting up a new tank no matter the size or gas  Jazmine is able to walk you through and get things adjusted correctly.  I like the fact that if you have a question you can reach out and get an answer.  You can rely on the dashboard to see levels and customers don't have to worry about running out causing interruption in service.  The sensors are easy to install, they can take readings multiple times a day which is very nice to view and catch issues ahead of time. The dashboard is easy to view from desktop or mobile device any time of day and I have never had issues with the system being down.

**What do you dislike about Pulsa?**

The prices may be higher than some of the competition but the service and product is the most important to our business.

**What problems is Pulsa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Pulsa has allowed us to operate with less worry.  Knowing ahead of time what the levels are allows us to plan ahead for our drivers filling at higher fill rates and saving the customer money on deliveries throughout the year.

**What do you like best about Pulsa?**

It makes routing so much more efficient. Customer service that is provided through my sales rep and the tech team is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Pulsa?**

It is not necessarily a bad thing but there was growing pains with Pulsa through changes in sensors. But they really worked with myself and my team to make sure all was right.

**What problems is Pulsa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to make optimal deliveries and Pulsa takes all the guess work out of the equation.

Accessible customer service. Ease of installation of Frontier units. Innovative solutions.

There's more detailed information on the app than we are likely to utilize.

**What problems is Pulsa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a cost savings measure to monitor customer inventory. We are hopeful that Pulsa will be more reliable than our previous telemetry provider.

PULSA consistently demonstrates responsiveness to our company’s needs, ensuring we can provide the best service to our clients. The ease of installation, intuitive dashboard features, and reliable equipment make PULSA an excellent choice for our business

There have been no real downsides to using PULSA.  Any issues are addressed with customer service and resolved.

PULSA provides updated and accurate level readings for our system to better plan and deliver product.

Absolutely nothing!  This company has always stepped up and corrected any issue without question

**What do you like best about Pulsa?**

Pulsa products have proven to be extremely helpful in managing our growing business.  They are easily setup and configured, provide exponentially more data than competitive paltforms, and the Pulsa team continues to innovate with useful functions for us to better manage customers, logistics, tasks, etc.

**What do you dislike about Pulsa?**

We have yet to find a downside to using Pulsa.

**What problems is Pulsa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulsa provides timely data to us, versus a couple of updates per day from other providers, with a variety of sensors that allow us to monitor various data points.  The additional data allows us to serve customers more efficiently and provides us more insight into how are installed assets are serving our customers.

Carbonic Systems has been extremely impressed with the equipment and people at Pulsa. Pulsa has taken the complexity of real time data retrieval and moved it to the experts on the back end. You connect the equipment and it works – period. If you have a question a Pulsa team member answers it – period. Pulsa gives the team at Carbonic Systems easy access to the data we need to focus on servicing our customers.

**What do you dislike about Pulsa?**

We have only been using Pulsa just over a year, but have yet to find a downside.

**What problems is Pulsa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides a cost effective solution for tracking customer supply and planning distribution of product.

**What do you like best about Pulsa?**

Pulsa has been invaluable in terms of our ability to provide top-notch customer service. With real-time tank levels we can be efficient in planning deliveries and quickly response if there is a problem. The ability to add photos and make notes regarding equipment also helps to provide information to technicians even when we are miles away. Pulsa has been a welcome tool!

Very easy to use. Lots of ways to customize dashboards.

Pulsa continues to work towards making improvements.
