What do you like best about Pulsa?

Marcello is great work with!! It doesn't matter what time you call he will answer or return your call quickly and get answers for you. The dashboard is very nice and easy to use. If something doesn't look right after setting up a new tank no matter the size or gas Jazmine is able to walk you through and get things adjusted correctly. I like the fact that if you have a question you can reach out and get an answer. You can rely on the dashboard to see levels and customers don't have to worry about running out causing interruption in service. The sensors are easy to install, they can take readings multiple times a day which is very nice to view and catch issues ahead of time. The dashboard is easy to view from desktop or mobile device any time of day and I have never had issues with the system being down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulsa?

Carbonic Systems has been extremely impressed with the equipment and people at Pulsa. Pulsa has taken the complexity of real time data retrieval and moved it to the experts on the back end. You connect the equipment and it works – period. If you have a question a Pulsa team member answers it – period. What do you like best about Pulsa?

Pulsa has been invaluable in terms of our ability to provide top-notch customer service. With real-time tank levels we can be efficient in planning deliveries and quickly response if there is a problem. The ability to add photos and make notes regarding equipment also helps to provide information to technicians even when we are miles away. Pulsa has been a welcome tool!
