It doesn't matter what time you call he will answer or return your call quickly and get answers for you. The dashboard is very nice and easy to use. If something doesn't look right after setting up a new tank no matter the size or gas Jazmine is able to walk you through and get things adjusted correctly. I like the fact that if you have a question you can reach out and get an answer. You can rely on the dashboard to see levels and customers don't have to worry about running out causing interruption in service. The sensors are easy to install, they can take readings multiple times a day which is very nice to view and catch issues ahead of time. The dashboard is easy to view from desktop or mobile device any time of day and I have never had issues with the system being down. **What do you dislike about Pulsa?** The prices may be higher than some of the competition but the service and product is the most important to our business. **What problems is Pulsa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Pulsa has allowed us to operate with less worry. Knowing ahead of time what the levels are allows us to plan ahead for our drivers filling at higher fill rates and saving the customer money on deliveries throughout the year. ### 2. Customer service that is provided through my sales rep and the tech team is amazing. **What do you dislike about Pulsa?** It is not necessarily a bad thing but there was growing pains with Pulsa through changes in sensors. But they really worked with myself and my team to make sure all was right. **What problems is Pulsa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to make optimal deliveries and Pulsa takes all the guess work out of the equation. ### 3.
