**What do you like best about Prysm Visual Workplace?**

I like how anyone can just go online and start to collaborate with their simple cloud tool without have the need to download any software. I also like the ability to switch any document (.doc, .pdf. etc.) into workable files in Prysm Visual Workplace

**What do you dislike about Prysm Visual Workplace?**

Each document is switched into an image for mark up, and the output can be emailed to anyone as an image. However, the original ability to type in the .doc or any other files will be lost. 

**Recommendations to others considering Prysm Visual Workplace:**

Test it out in your environment first, ask the vendor to do a Proof of Concept and take it for a test drive first. See how your company and users interact with the functionalities and see if the investment is worthwhile.

**What problems is Prysm Visual Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool is limited in editing abilities, simply just marking up images and sharing the image at the end. The strength of the tool is its collaborative abilities with anyone around the world.
