I's like to add that the custumer service is great! Nowadays it's not easy to find this high level of custumer support. Quick replies, right solutions at the first answer! thank you! **What do you dislike about Prospero?** I only would like to have more options to personalize the proposal, for example, set a fix header and footer for every page, also backround for the whole document, and a way to make sure sections are fitted in one page, before a get to the preview. Hopefully the product will improve soon from this point of view. **What problems is Prospero solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do not need anymore to manually create contracts for the client, I have authomated my workflow using monday.com and make.com ### 2. It's simple to use and I love the layout of the templates. I am a very small business so I don't complete a lot of sales, but I like being able to present my propsals in a professional manner that is still realistic to my volume (EX. Honeybooks or similar can be $30-40/mo which isn't worth it to my business size). I've used Prospero for approx. 2 years and the customer service is always so kind! **What do you dislike about Prospero?** There's nothing not to like! I also enjoy that it's sync'd to my Wix. I love not having to flip between a bunch of different apps to conduct my business. Highly reccomend! **What problems is Prospero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prospero helps me send proposals to potential clients - I would like to try out its Stripe intregation someday because that's the last workflow part that I typically complete outside of app. ### 3. Super Awesome. Easy to use. Most of the time had to create my proposals by my own hand. Which was boring and disgusting. Prospero made my life easier. Just drag and drop the fields. your proposals is ready **What do you dislike about Prospero?** Nothing at all. Prospero is good. And the UX is solid. I know the Ux designer whose name is Ashik Prottoy. He is a great UX Designer. I worked with him multiple times. Everything was nicely done **Recommendations to others considering Prospero:** Just use it. I am a user for the last 6 years. They recently added a new UI. Which is pretty cool. **What problems is Prospero solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solved my business problem. Prospero made my life easier with the contract page. Proposal Page. I can track my proposals which phase they went through. And who is watching right now ### 8. It's so simple to use, and you can create something nice to send to a client in a matter of minutes. It's so convenient to send the proposal to them, have them review it, sign it and submit it without having to use a ton of other tools. You can also connect to a payment processor connected to the proposal, so if your prospect decides to accept the proposal, they can submit their first payment right then and there. **What do you dislike about Prospero?** It's really a nice tool. There isn't much bad I can say about it. The only thing that I didn't like was during Covid-19, when my business slowed down, I didn't have a way to pause my subscription. There wasn't enough new business coming in to justify paying a monthly fee for a few months. I ended up letting the subscription go and recently started it back up when business started rolling in. If you are a small business or a new business that doesn't receive a lot of business yet, this tool may not be the best option because of that. **Recommendations to others considering Prospero:** Make sure your business brings in enough new clients to justify making a monthly payment for this software. **What problems is Prospero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating, sending, and signing proposals is a simple process. Integrating a payment processor to get my first payment from a new client is even better. This tool saves me time, and it also saves me money.
