**What do you like best about ProQ?**

1. ProQ assists me in rating customer service.
2. Wonderful for teamwork.
3. Helps in creating an enabling environment to project achievement, advancing project progress.

**What do you dislike about ProQ?**

There isn't anything to dislike about ProQ I haven't encountered any issues as of now.

**What problems is ProQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintains lots of projects and keeps organised due to Proq. I can also observe how our Customer Success team uses their resources and which clients need the most attention. It helps me spot trends in requests for technical support as well. Therefore, it boosts overall success.
