It's a great fit to make great survey questionnaires and inquiries about certain subjects that apply to different brands and companies...no matter what product...the software is easily adaptable to words and phrases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing I dislike about this software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very good and fast sign in process that can be made with other accounts like Google, Linkedin, Facebook. Very good quick links that can help you find solution for issues with you using the site itself. You can handle various types of surveys that it is in your companies interest. It is not so very user friendly. The only easy step is the login. You have to study a little bit the steps of creating a survey so you can be sure that there is not going to be a mistake at the original survey that you are going to create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simplicity is the main USP of this tool. It has good library of pre-built surveys that help you draft your surveys better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can't use this product on the go with its full potential as there are some access issues with mobile version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use ProProfs for intra-company use: to create surveys and polls. The user interface is very good, it's super easy to everyone to create a simple survey/poll forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The modern mode sometimes does not work properly - users can't re-select a dropdown list, or in-app survey form size is uncontrollable. Because of this, we always use classic mode which is fine for our internal use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ready-to-use templates are undoubtedly what I like the most. I would also like to mention the detailed reports provided by ProProfs Survey Maker. Overall a great app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's nothing to truly point out as being something I hated. Of course, there have been a few bugs and glitches, but their support team is more than helpful in such cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ability to customize the surveys to evaluate any portion of the business or employee. I like the scoring system and integration with api's into other compatible domain. Other features I like most now having the platform would be detailed report and analysis that is web based with simple dashboard made to be able to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As it is the same thing that turns me off about all the other platforms. It is the same thing here with the pricing structure seems to never be conveyed truthful during evaluation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool is very nicely built, as it helps users to get survey directly and get the results on a real-time basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I dislike is. Trial period is of 15 days only. Please make it more for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about this application is the ability to get feedback from employees, customers, students, etc. You can read everyone’s critics and help improve your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
