Microsoft Entra ID is the natural fit if you&#39;re a Microsoft shop, with strong lifecycle workflows tied into Azure AD and the M365 ecosystem. Cisco Duo is worth adding if MFA and access security are as important as the lifecycle piece itself. To be real, the automation quality depends heavily on your HR system integration, since that&#39;s usually the trigger for onboarding and offboarding events, so I&#39;d confirm each platform&#39;s connector to your specific HRIS. What&#39;s your HR system of record? That&#39;s usually what decides the smoothest integration.
