When it comes to reporting, real-time analytics are nice for quick insights, but I'd appreciate advanced data analysis options like cross-tabulation or deeper filtering. Exporting data is functional, but sometimes the formatting requires manual cleanup before using it in tools like Excel. Additionally, while the templates are useful, having more industry-specific templates would really strengthen the tool.
