It is a simple way for smaller management houses to keep track of tenancy

difficult to important previous data therefore new data had to be hand implemented

**What do you like best about PropertyBoulevard?**

I love how user friendly the software is! I use Windows10 and it's a breeze to understand! I was transferring over from another software that was a bit of a  headache. Any time I need help, customer service is there with a thorough e-mail with a solution, or there is the support line where you can talk to a live person.  

**What do you dislike about PropertyBoulevard?**

I wish I had the capability to create my own reports. I also wish there was a training manual that users could find. 

**Recommendations to others considering PropertyBoulevard:**

It is very easy to grasp. 

**What problems is PropertyBoulevard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reports my old system was generating were not as "clean" and easy to ready as these reports. I like using PB for the ease of reports.
