I like Pronto Marketing's quick turnaround time with website updates and their blog content creation, which they handle without requiring me to write or publish blogs myself. What I find most valuable is their communication, which is swift, clear, and coordinated among their team members. They effectively collaborate and find solutions, even when I had multiple tasks running with different agents. Their expertise in developing websites is also impressive. I had an idea for my website, but without the technical know-how, Pronto brought the technical expertise necessary to make my vision a reality.

I appreciate Pronto Marketing for helping us modernize our website, making it easier to manage and simpler to maintain. Their experience in our industry is helpful, and the ongoing support they provide is great. They made it very simple from the start, pricing was fair and they have a good understanding of our market/industry.  Ongoing support has been excellent, and a big value I didn't realize I needed - but now use extensively.   Overall, it's been a great experience.

**What do you dislike about Pronto Marketing?**

I've had some issues in turnaround time or response time, with things taking longer than we'd hoped. I don't know if we have a dedicated person, or if we work with different people every time we have a request.

Pronto Marketing helped us modernize our website, making it easier to manage and maintain. The biggest benefit has been the significant increase in inbound marketing, leading to more qualified leads, from two to three a month to two to three a week.

I love that Pronto Marketing handles all of my website needs, allowing me to simply open a ticket for changes, and their designers and webmasters take care of everything, including ongoing security and updates. Their ability to make amazing-looking graphics and design is something I find particularly valuable. Pronto Marketing's help desk is absolutely amazing; all I have to do is tell them in plain English what I need done, and they handle all the back-end technology. This has provided me a carefree experience with a web designer. I don’t think they need to change anything.

I really appreciate the consistent support they provide. We have a dedicated website manager who takes care of our day-to-day tasks, and they also have a separate team that steps in for larger projects. This setup makes it easier to compartmentalize the work and prioritize maintenance tasks based on what’s most important.

**What do you dislike about Pronto Marketing?**

Unless you have a marketer or UX designer on your team with a clear vision for your website, Pronto Marketing mainly helps you bring that vision to life. That said, it would be helpful to receive more suggestions that align with competitor websites and current expectations. I’m looking for the most innovative and beautiful way to showcase my business online, so visitors stay engaged and the brand continues to feel fresh.

I really appreciate Pronto Marketing's faster response time and higher security and maintenance services. Their ability to let me choose which package to subscribe to on a monthly basis is very convenient, and I like the better communication overall. Their support in troubleshooting and problem-solving was crucial when our website was crashing due to bot traffic, and their continuous review ensured that our website stabilized. I also value their methodologies and expertise, which really help me make informed decisions. The detailed monthly maintenance reports are a big plus for me because they're simple and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Pronto Marketing?**

I wanted quicker project management communication for design requests. What we initially thought would be a 1-month project turned into more than 4 months. We were hoping to update the UI of a filter, but with back and forth feedback to ensure expectations were clear and colors passed the accessibility test, the project was prolonged. Developers took a while to make updates after each feedback round. I think a simple call at the beginning of the project might have helped decrease communication gaps.

I love their new ticket request system, which allows me to look up old requests on their webpage. This feature is super helpful for keeping records, and I think it's a great tool that gives us a significant advantage. The wonderful team at Pronto Marketing is free and willing to help with any questions, and they manage everything in a great manner and time. I've never had any issues or major concerns using their services over the years, and I couldn't be any happier with how promptly they resolve issues, like fixing glitches on our web page in less than a day. Their website is now very user-friendly, and it's easy for anyone to navigate, making it very accessible.

The hacking issues we've faced in the past have completely stopped thanks to them, and our site looks a lot better. They help us swiftly implement our new ideas, such as creating a mega menu for our online events and making phone numbers dynamic based on user location. I love how user-friendly our website is now and how easy it is to communicate with them. Any request we have is just one email away, and their responsiveness is excellent. I had an issue with a form on our site, and Pronto resolved it within a day, showing just how effective their support is.

I appreciate Pronto Marketing's customer service and fast response times. It's really easy to submit a ticket whenever I need to change something on my website, and it gets taken care of promptly. Their web design and site change services are valuable to me. I transitioned to Pronto Marketing after at least 5 years with Footbridge Media, and I like how I can rely on them for site administration and any site changes.

**What do you dislike about Pronto Marketing?**

I do not like the ticketing system at all. Creating a ticket is great through the portal. However, when anyone picks up the ticket and replies and I get an email, there's no subject that contains the ticket information or the original ticket message itself. So I have to log into the portal and try to view what ticket the email came from. It's very discouraging especially when there's multiple tickets involved. It would be nice if the ticket information was forwarded to me when they reply or I receive an email, then I would know what ticket number they're referring to.

I use Pronto Marketing to manage site administration and changes; their ticket system allows me to submit requests easily, and the customer service is responsive. I appreciate the ease and speed of getting changes done.

It's beneficial that I can engage web development services without having to hire in-house, providing flexibility and efficiency. This setup helps us avoid getting buried in 'busy work.' They occasionally make mistakes that make me think they didn't fully review or test their work. Sometimes they update something on my site, but when I check it, it's jumbled or not visually appealing. For example, something looks good on a computer but not on mobile.

Every month my account representative compiles my monthly newsletter and send it to me for my review, I request position changes and sometime request different articles, all of which is updated quickly and re-submitted to me for final approval before scheduling the email target date. Communication and autonomy. The communication throughout the project was very transparent with sharing of a project plan and direct communication with our assigned project manager. We always knew the stage of the project was at and could see progress as it happened. We gave input as needed but the team was able to produce a great product with minimal input after initial meetings. There were always opportunities to provide input and make changes but we thought the products that were produced were well thought out and high quality.

Our project went over in expected timeline delivery. However, it was clearly communicated that it would so even with this being a down side, we were still able to account and work through this from propper communication from the project team.
