What do you like best about Pronto Marketing?

Every month my account representative compiles my monthly newsletter and send it to me for my review, I request position changes and sometime request different articles, all of which is updated quickly and re-submitted to me for final approval before scheduling the email target date. I like being able to add my own customization to the newsletter including my picture and catch phrase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pronto Marketing?

I am hard pressed to point at anything I don't like about them. I have been working with them since 4/2016 and can't remember a single instance that I was not happy with their service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pronto Marketing?

Communication and autonomy. The communication throughout the project was very transparent with sharing of a project plan and direct communication with our assigned project manager. We always knew the stage of the project was at and could see progress as it happened. We gave input as needed but the team was able to produce a great product with minimal input after initial meetings. There were always opportunities to provide input and make changes but we thought the products that were produced were well thought out and high quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pronto Marketing?

Our project went over in expected timeline delivery. However, it was clearly communicated that it would so even with this being a down side, we were still able to account and work through this from propper communication from the project team. I dont know what to even say. Maybe their marketing program led us to a backlog of new clients so large that it was stressful to handle all the new business and manage all the new money we are bringing in? We did not dislike that though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
